Justin joined Pristine Properties in August 2006 as the General Manager. He has always been part of this family-run business as one of the owners and the son of Cathy Cox. As the business has grown, Justin's business and organizational skills were needed to help ensure Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals success

Starting as a sales agent in December 2003, Alyson is now the General Manager/Broker for Pristine Properties Real Estate as well as being in charge of all advertising and marketing efforts for Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals. As an Administrative Assistant, she brings her vast knowledge and experience of customer service and organizational skills with her. Her abilities include experience in reservations, homeowner acquisitions, inspections, and she is in charge of all of humuan resource issues. Suzanne is married with three children and is very active in local community activities. She is a native of Franklin and Gulf Counties and enjoys sharing her love and appreciation for our pristine coastline with others 
sherryj@visitfloridabeaches.com Sherry joined our team in February of 2004 and is the Reservations Specialist for Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals, LLC. She is a native of Port St. Joe and just returned to the area in March of 2003 after being gone for eight years. Sherry missed the coastal area so much, she decided to make it home again. Her abilities consist of experience in reservations and excellent customer service.

She brings many years of experience in the vacation rental business, and was the top producer in vacation rentals along the forgotten coast for the past 3 years. Claudia lives in Apalachicola and is enjoying her brand new granddaughter, Andie Jo-Lee, who joined the family in August 2006. Whether it's fishing in the local waters of the river, bay, or gulf, laying in the sun and sand, scalloping, or dangling your feet off the dock or boat in the pristine waters of the Gulf Coast, Claudia will be happy to assist you with just the right home for your vacation needs. 
andreak@visitfloridabeaches.com Andrea joined Pristine Properties as the Receptionist/Sales Assistant in May 2003. She was previously employed at the local hospital and decided after years of working in the medical field that a change was needed. She has played a vital role in our Vacation Rental division for several years now. She will be the first one you speak with and sometimes that last person you see when you depart. Andrea and her husband (a native of Port St. Joe)moved to Port St Joe in 1993 and are now raising their three children. She hopes she and her family live in Port St. Joe for many years to come. The "Forgotten Coast" is one of the most beautiful places Andrea says she has been, and she enjoys her quiet time with her family whether it is fishing on the beach, camping at Cape San Blas or just hanging out. 
Judy Williams, a true "native" was born and raised in Port St. Joe and spent much of her young life exploring every inch of the beautiful dunes and beaches of this area. After earning a BS Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, she returned to her home town, where she and her husband, Rick, raised their two daughters, Alyson Gerlach and Lindsay Williams. Judy has been very active in church, school, and community activities and has had the wonderful pleasure of teaching hundreds of Gulf County's finest. But with a growing excitement and anticipation of retirement, Judy, a 31 year veteran of the Gulf County School System, looks forward to sharing her lifetime love of the area with the growing number of new people who are only just beginning to appreciate the scenic beauty of our crystal blue waters and sparkling white beaches 
bettyh@visitfloridabeaches.com Betty has been in Vacation Rentals for 3 years. Starting out as a cleaner, Betty quickly became a valuable part of our team as an Inspection Supervisor. Betty enjoys working with people and enjoys what she does for our company. Her eye for detail insures that your stay at one or our homes is worry free. She is married and has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Betty has lived in the area for 10 years and has much knowledge of our communities 
Royce grew up in Foley, Alabama, but he has called this area home for the past 30 years. Royce and his wife have 7 children and 19 grandchildren. Royce spent 30 plus years as the Captain of a shrimp boat, so he knows this area and its waters very well. He has worked in the Property Management area for the past 8 years. Royce is truly a jack of all trades. There is not much that he can not repair. He is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. 
James is one of our hardest working employees. You know he's near because he is always whistling. James knows Mexico Beach and St. Joe Beach backwards and forwards and knows those properties inside and out. He is a true gem and an asset to Pristine Properties. 
Chris, the son of Betty and James, comes from a long line of hard workers. He has a vast knowledge of vacation rentals and the experience to go along with it. With his mother's eye for detail and his father's handy touch, he can take care of almost anything. 
joyceb@visitfloridabeaches.com A native of Connecticut, Joyce knew the minute she dug her toes into the pristine white sands of our beautiful beaches this would be her home. Joyce relocated to Franklin County in 1969 and finished high school. After graduating, she was employed for 24 years by St. Joe Paper Co. until the closing of the mill in 1998. She graduated in 2001 Summa Cum Laude with an A.S. Degree in Business from Gulf Coast Community College. Joyce has been involved with our group of companies for many years. She offers accounting support to Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals and oversees homeowner accounts.
