Shake Down get's its name from the shake siding on the house. Although this Gulf Front house sits a little bit further back from the beach than others around it, only 130 steps, the views from this house are still unbelievable. This property is located in walking distance to Scallop Cove, the convenience store that offers it all. It is also located very close to St. Joseph Bay, so bring your kayaks. Book early before all the availability is gone.

The floor plan of Shake Down is as follows: Ground Level: Large driveway, covered parking and outside shower. Short walking path to the beach. First Level: full kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed, TV and bath with a Jacuzzi tub. Tiled flooring throughout the living area. Living area has French doors leading out onto an open deck with a great view of the ocean. Living area has a TV with DVD/VCR and stereo. Screened porch and charcoal grill. Second Level: One bedroom with 2 sets of bunk bed (will sleep 4) and TV. The other bedroom with a queen bed. Both share a full bath. Open sun deck with gorgeous views of both the Gulf and Bay. Pets are allowed for a $150.00 fee.
