Great property and fantastic location!
The beach at the house was the best in the area.
The toaster worked fine as opposed to previous reviews.
The blinds on the sliding door on the first floor didn't work properly (minor annoyance)
And we're glad we brought our own non stick frying pan.
Other than those two things, the property was FANTASTIC and we will definitely return!

5 O'Clock Somewhere is a fantastic property. It was exactly as presented on the web site, nicely furnished, wonderful amenities, and literally just steps to the beach. We have been coming to the Cape for over 20 years and this is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed. We will definitely rent from Pristine Properties again!

We had a a couple of minor issues. The blinds on the two sliding doors are a mess. The light in the vanity of the master bath did not work. The toaster needs to be replaced as only one element on one side works. There was no wine bottle opener.
We loved the location and the condo's decor. Great family vacation with our dogs! :)

The furnishings and kitchen equipment were substantially degraded from our first couple of stays at 5O'Clock Somewhere. The blinds (vertical) in the L/R were falling out - several were missing. The toaster in the kitchen did not work. There were inadequate pots/pans in the kitchen (not the same as our first rentals) and we had to purchase a skillet to use in preparing meals - the existing skillets had poor, sticking cooking surfaces.

Best place we have stayed in the last 6 years. Clean and updated. The kitchen could use a few more things. A skillet would be nice to cook pancakes in for kids. There was no wine bottle opener. We went to purchase one. Additionally, even after day 5, the refrigerator still did not seem to cool to a true cold temperature...even when set to the coldest level. I realize it takes several days for the refrigerator to "catch up" but our drinks and lunch meats that were placed in the refrigerator on the first day were simply "cool" even by day 5, 6, and 7. Some foods did spoil much quicker than normal. Thanks for keeping us posted on the oil situation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Cape is the BEST Pet Friendly Beach! That is mainly the only reason why we found The Cape and wanted to come for a visit 5 years ago. We are hooked and will continue to visit the Cape with our family pet for many years to come.

This is my 2nd visit to these townhomes. I absolutely love this area of the coast and will definately be back. The only problem that I had was that the kitchen was not equipped like my last stay at "Blessing". I had to run out and get coffee filters, trash bags and dishwashing detergent. There was also no dishwasher detergent - we handwashed everything. This was not a huge problem, but I was assuming that it would be stocked with basics like our last visit - it would be nice to know beforehand. How are you supposed to know what size coffee filter, etc. to bring along?

This property is outstanding. The only negative was there were no potholders or dish towels. All of the kitchen items and appliances are top notch. It is beautifully decorated and really couldn't be any closer to the ocean. I would definitely rent this property again!
