Coastawhile ~ 3BR ~ Vacation Rental ~ Indian Pass Florida

We loved the property and plan to be back. It was perfect for our group. Couple things -- We would have liked to have the windows open facing the water, but there were no screens. After a few days the sea air or spray or something made the windows foggy and we would have cleaned them ourselves for a better view if we'd had a squeegee on the property.

i feel that the living room furature was a little worn and the cushion were thin and sitting was somewhat uncomfortable

Enjoyed our stay at Coastawhile. It was a wonderful and relaxing week. Coastawhile was equipped to make our stay enjoyable. Pristine Properties and the owners of Coastawhile were wonderful in assisting us with reservations and working with us during our stay. We hope to return in the future.

we all loved coastawhile. it was wonderfully decorated, and the view , fabulous. the floor plan worked out well for our family as well. Just a great vacation for us.

I have rented many homes for vacations, the best are always the ones that feel like home when you walk in. This is certainly the case with Coastawhile. The owners have given great thought to meeting the vacationers expectations. We were at home and enjoyed every minute in this exceptional property. Pristine properties do an excellent job. After a night of rain we put a dvd in for my grandson, the player did not work. We called, the repairman(who was very nice) came right away and replaced it. We are very impressed with every aspect of our vacation, it was wonderful. Thanks to the owners and pristine properties.

WE FOUND PRISTINE PROPERTIES BECAUSE IT WAS THE FIRST ON THE GOOGLE LIST WHEN I SEARCHED FOR PET FRIENDLY LUXURY VACATION RENTALS. WE CHOSE PRISTINE PROPERTIES BECUASE OF SUZANNE -WHO HELPED US PLAN A PERFECT VACATION. WE CHOSE THIS DATE BECAUSE IT WAS OUR 28TH ANNIVERSARY. I BROUGHT WAY TOO MUCH STUFF! THIS UNIT IS OVER SUPPLIED WITH ALL THE 'STUFF' YOU NEED TO EQUIP YOU VACATION. EVERYTHING IN PRISTINE CONDITION! EVERYTHING COMFORTABLE, HOMEY AND CLEAN. WE LOVED THE PORCH, WE LOVED WALKING THE DOGS ON THE BEACH, WE LOVED WATCHING THE DOLPHINS FISH AND THE BIRDS WALK IN TALK. THE SURROUNDING AREA IS VERY SCENIC. THE HOUSE IS SO WELL BUILT - WE HAD A TORNADIC WEATHER FRONT COME THROUGH AND WE WERE PERFECTLY COMFORTABLE. THE INIDAN PASS LOCATION IS CLOSE TO ALL OF FAVORITE SIGHTS AND BOAT RAMPS AND RESTAURANTS - EXPERIENCES FROM MANY YEARS OF BOATING ALONG THESE SHORES. WE ONLY LIVE FOUR HOURS AWAY SO COMING AND GOING WAS SO EASY. I CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN! THANK PRISTINE PROPERTIES FOR OUR WONDERFUL VACATION!

Everything overall was great we had a wonderful time as always and are looking forward to next year.

The property was so nicely located to the beach it would have been nice to have some beach furniture....chairs, umbrella or something.

Walk-off mats in the downstairs entry area to reduce sand. Buy a new plunger :) Provide a dustpan. A boardwalk over the dunes would be good for the environment, to reduce sand in the home, and ease of beach access. Rear concrete area (facing ocean) is eroding a little and a void is forming.

The Forgotten Coast is beautiful and we look forward to trying the Cape next year! :)

This was the best vacation that I ever had in my life. Excellent property and vacation. I am looking forward to going back next year.

Best property we have stayed at in Indian Pass. We intend to make this our November vacation property each year. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the property, the closeness to the beach, the hot tub, the view........etc. Please convey this to the owners, and thank them for sharing their home with us. From eight "older" women from Georgia, who had the time of their lives!

My family and I had such a wonderful time. We enjoyed the time spent tremendously! The house was fantastic! It was not just a house but a home.

We will definitely use Pristine Properties next year.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Coastawhile. We recommend just a few things that would make us and other visitors more comfortable. The toilet in the master bathroom overflowed one evening. The stove ran hot and several times our food was overcooked. The broom that was available for our use needs to be replaced. The hot tub had an excessive amount of sand in the bottom of it. The dryer required several cycles to dry a load of laundry.

Excellent property, excellent service...one of my best vacations ever. Could not have been better!!!

A beautiful property! The sleep number bed and large TV were very nice.

My sister and I , our two kids and the two dogs had a fantastic vacation - best we have had in years. The location was terrific. The house was great. The beaches beautiful and basically empty - most of the time we were the only ones on the entire beach. I'm so glad I found you and Coastawhile - we will definately be back!!!

we love staying at coastawhile. the only complaint was the grill. not workable. see you next time!
