We were pleasantly surprised at how tastefully the property was decorated and well maintained. My husband, however, was a big lost and bored without his computer hookup, and we were driving to the Library & McDonald's in St. Joe's to use their free access to Internet.

I think the owners could do some updating. The tv's, DVD player, kitchen appliances were pretty creaky with age. But we found the unit to be comfortable and certainly adequate.

We were under the impression that we were staying in a house not a condo or townhouse but, the landing is infact a townhouse. It was pretty nice so we decided to stay any way, but at the same time still a little disapointed. We would have rather had a single family house..

The view was spectacular. We really enjoyed the beach and the privacy. We like being right on the beach and this rental was one of the best we have stayed in while at Indian Pass and Cape san blas. While the property is aging, it is well maintained and was very clean. Thanks so much.
