First Floor - living room with a sleeper sofa, TV, DVD/VCR, great gulf views, and a covered deck with a spiral stair access to the upper level deck; open dining area; kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, 4 barstools, and 1/2 bath; BR 1 - daybed with trundle, small flatscreen TV, private bath and shower. Second Floor - BR 2 - queen bed, TV, small walk-in closet, and full bath with tub/shower.

We loved the house. Only weakness were the pillows on the master bed and the bottom sheet on the master bed wouldn't stay on the mattress because it's slightly too small. Also think (based on rentals of other similar properties) that a kitchen drying towel, sponges and toilet paper should be included. Also, we discovered that the bottom refrigerator drawer was broken and had been pieced back together. Not a big deal to us, but you might want to check things before renters arrive. House was clean when we arrived. We loved Indian Pass and the area in general. We will definitely be back!

the house was fine,a very good value. when one needs the heat on though, its too hot upstairs driving you downstairs to the too soft,unsupportive day bed :( also, its a shame the decks are so small as to be barely usable. i noticed that the house next door has an identical design but double the depth of the decks. i would definately use pristine for future rentals!
