The only complain I have is the pull our bed , its seems to be broke and when sleeping on it
it bends in the middle.

We cooked most of the time while we were there. We could have used a few more cooking utensils(pots and pans). There were no dish towels or dish cloths but I brought some with me.

Upstairs bed mattress was extremely hard and impossible to sleep on. No matter what you set the thermostat on the upstairs rooms were too hot and the downstairs was too cool.

While the property was otherwise well maintained, many light bulbs were burned out. We were also somewhat disappointed that access to the rooftop observation deck was locked, but I imagine that is for liability purposes. We did enjoy our stay, and loved the screened and open decks.

A Ceiling fan on the screen porch and great room would help cool down these respective areas. Also, the property slept 10 and we only received 10 towels, hand towels, and face clothes so were forced to do laundry daily. For a property of this size I would recommend more towels.
There was no blender in the kitchen when we arrived but a quick call to the management secured us one for margaritas!

We loved this house and the location was perfect. Teenagers loved the movie rental feature. We will definitely try and rent it again next year at Spring Break.

Thanks you for a very nice vacation. We enjoyed it entirely! The fishing was great, the weather was a bit cold for a couple days.... but over all, we loved the area and the people on the Forgotten Coast, we will definitely return in the future. I must have taken 100 photos of just the pelicans, seagulls and dolphins... we looked forward to seeing them every day.... not to mention the spectacular sunrises and sunsets!!

The dishwasher could have been better. The sheets on the king size bed would not stay on, just a minor detail. Overall the house was great. There was a leak in the kitchen, but there was tropical storm while we were there. The staff was courteous about the problem and a roofing guy came by while we were there. This did not hinder our stay. I love how close the house was to the beach, the nice bedrooms and the layout of the house.

The property was very nice - the screened porch and the deck were my favorites. We had previously stayed at a property by another agency. That property was not on the beach but across the street on 98. The house itself was super nice as far as quality of furnishings, decor, and it was more like a "home" with paper towels, dishwashing soap, and several other things in the house. For the price of the Blackhawk, I thought it would be the same and it was not. However, it had other qualities such as free DVD rental, golf, and horseback riding.
