ACCOMMODATIONS
All of the homes that we represent are indepentently owned by private homeowners who maintain and furnish their own property. Please be sure to discuss any certain criteria with your reservationists prior to making your reservation. We represent well-maintained homes, which are cleaned to our high standards. However, issues may arise and you may experience a variety of breakdowns. Every effort will be made to resolve unpleasant situations, and to correct any problems you may experience in as timely a manner possible. You can expect prompt and courteous care to be given to you. There will be no moves made or compensation issued due to malfunctions or other dissatisfactions.

RATES
Rates advertised on this website are all-inclusive except for applicible taxes.  Included in your weekly or daily reservation you will receive complimentary linens and our Family Fun Pass.  If you are bringing a pet into a pet friendly property, an additional fee may apply.  For monthly reservations, a utility charge and/or tax may apply.  Optional travel insurance is offered at a cost of 6.5% of the total rental price.

Winter:  January through Feburary
Spring:  March to Memorial Day Weekend
Summer:  Memorial Day Weekend to Mid August
Fall:  Mid August to Mid October
Winter:  Mid October through December

COMMON ABBREVIATIONS

KEY

GF - Gulf Front: Property is located beachfront on the gulf side with an unobstructed view of the gulf.

GV - Gulf View: Property is located with a view of the gulf from somewhere in the house or from one of the exterior decks.

BF - Bay Front: Property is located beachfront on the bay side with an unobstructed view of the bay.

BV - Bay View: Property is located with a view of the bay from somewhere in the house or from one of the exterior decks.

CF - Canal Front: Most Canal Front properties are located in Mexico Beach.  These properties are located directly on the canal.

NV - Beachside No View: Property is located in close proximity to the beach but has limited or no water view.

IN - Interior: These properties are typically located within walking distance of the beach, however, there is no view from anywhere in the house.
