The biggest issue was the thermostat. We had to use my verizon online card to look up the thermostat to learn how to program it. No instructions at the house and we like to froze the first night for it kept shutting heat off. Kitchen ok but not well stocked. But we still love the place and would stay there again. Good bargain. And we are likely the only guests able to work thermostat.

We would definitely stay again. We love the forgotten coast. Reminds us of Sea Grove beach 30 years ago before everyone in Ga.found it. We will be back. Next time, we'd like to find a property on the beach that does not back up to the road. We prefer to really "get away" and the road noise was a bit of a distraction.

I only have one complaint. The rental's air conditioner didn't keep the unit cool during the day. I'm a farmer, and I stay outside in the blazing heat all day every day. I wanted to come and relax, but the rental's a/c didn't get caught up until about 11:00pm, and even then it would barely keep the temps in the low 70's. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed it! Could have used a grill, but I understand why the unit doesn't have one. Between the composite decking and the vinyl siding and plastic railings I suppose a grill might be a poor idea..... Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The view from this property was fantastic and why we stayed here. We would rent again if the deck was replaced.

Claudia was so helpful when I called with questions about some of the rental properties. She asked how many people were coming, if we were bringing animals, and what kind of amenities we were looking for. She suggested a few different properties in my price range and we went from there. She made everything so easy and we will definitly be back!

My Family & I had an awsome vacation in Port St. Joe. It ment alot to us to be able to bring our aging pet along and not having to worry about him being boarded and if he was being medicated properly, Griz actually had a great time also !! We will return and recommend to all out pet loving friends to visit the Forgotten Coast and Pristine Properties.

A little paint would help out - many places on walls and ceilings where paint is peeling. Was also quite surprised to see that it didn't have a dishwasher. But, the beach views were SPECTACULAR!

Everything was great as far as the Property; however, we were disappointed with the complimentary Deep Sea Fishing....the boats didn't go out the whole time we were there. Oh well, maybe next time.....

i would stay on cape san blas. this property had too much noise from highway and you should tell people that before you rent to them.

We were pleasantly surprised that the property really suited our needs. We were afraid it was a little small and even though it was older it was well equipped and had just what we needed. It does need a little maintenance on the deck and one bedroom wall but otherwise was fine. We had a wonderful time and it is one of our favorites now. We have been staying at Mexico Beach for about 20 years now. We are glad we found a new favorite place to stay with Pristine Properties. Being pet friendly is another plus! We will be back soon.
