The unit is nicely decorated and plenty of space for our family of four with two dogs. However, there are several things in need of replacing such as the dishwasher which does not clean the dishes at all. We ended up hand washing the dishes rather than using the D/W. The washer and dryer are fine but they are extremely old. Be especially careful with using the in unit elevator. Put only items in there, not people, and use it as a "dumbwaiter." Other than these few mishaps, we had a great time. It was our 9th trip to the Cape but our first staying at SeaCliffs. The beach was too crowded in front of SeaCliffs and Barrier Dunes for us so we will not be staying here again during the week of the 4th.

This unit was one of the more nicely furnished units that we’ve stayed in on the Cape. Obvious the owners made an effort to decorate the unit and provide nicer furnishings than you would typically find in rental units at this price. The unit's residential elevator was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Everything was clean. The views are nice; the corner unit offered a more open feel on each balcony. I give 3.5 stars to the amenities offered by the community itself, relative to the adjacent Barrier Dunes community. The pool was simple, the general landscaping is lackluster, and it lacked the benefit of a clubhouse area or tennis courts. That aside, I would certainly consider returning to this unit. Thanks for the great rental! Aside, there is essentially no cell service for AT&T, and very limited Verizon service, in this area of the Cape. Though, the unit has wifi for internet use.

We have been coming to The Cape for close The to ten years, and we have stayed in this particular condo for three years. We absolutely love it. It's perfect for our family, and it is clean. It is clean even though it is pet friendly (we bring our two pups with us). In fact, you would never know that dogs have been inside this property. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen essentials. It is the perfect location (very close to the pool with an ocean view). Each year we are sad to leave this little piece of heaven. We will, without a doubt, continue to stay in C19.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This was our first family vacation at the Cape. We are already talking about doing this again. My grandchildren said they like staying here compared to Panama City. We were all relaxed & our condo was very comfortable & decorated so cute. Thanks for all your help Suzanne & all the staff at Pristine!!

We have coming to the cape for 5 years. It's our absolute favorite place to vacation. This was our first time staying in this particular condo. Everything was perfect. The condo is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for cooking, etc. without a doubt, we will be booking this condo many time in the future!
