And when land comes to an end less than a mile from the house at the Indian Pass Boat Ramp, you can look across the water and see St. Vincent Island. At the landing there are showers, restrooms and a campground store. St. Vincent Island is a national wildlife refuge and is only accessible by boat with shuttles offered by St. Vincent Island Shuttle. Marine life is bountiful in these waters with fisherman of all levels casting for speckled trout, redfish, flounder and pompano. Hence the name of this property, The Fish Camp.

This three bedroom, single family home is ideal for groups looking to take a step back from everyday life. Located in a peaceful setting only one block from the beach, this home is suited for vacationers looking for all sorts of adventure. For beachgoers, the walk is short and simple with only a sleepy neighborhood street to cross. The beach is wide and full of all sorts of shells and if you’re taking it to the shoreline fishing and crabbing are also favorite activities. Boaters are welcome too with a nice spot to pull your boat up to the property and a fish cleaning station just of the open deck.

The interior of the home has a rustic feel and a comfortable setting for the evening fish stories and home cooked meals. The highlight feature of this home is the large screened porch on the front of the house. Separated from the main house is the 3rd bedroom with sleeping arrangements for four complete with its own TV, mini fridge, microwave and dining table. Between the two spaces is a great enclosed outdoor shower that leads into the half bath of the main house.
