The home is nicely done. The kitchen was what we were interested in since we do a lot of cooking and it did not disappoint. The views from the house are amazing. The only issue is the hot water heaters in the baths. They go cold within 3 minutes and come back on 3-4 minutes later....that needs to be addressed asap. The elevator makes a strange noise every thirty minutes but I sleep with a noise maker so couldn't hear it but everyone else did. Other than those two issues, I would stay here again and again.

The house was actually much better than we anticipated based on the photos. The house itself is fantastic and we would stay here again for sure. The house is directly on the beach (as close as you can get) and the view is spectacular. The house felt like a new build, although I suspect it was a nice remodel in the past couple of years. We subtracted 1 star because there were some minor issues - that I believe the owner is trying to resolve. These are small issues that I wouldn't let detract from you renting this house. The TV in the living room was awful (I know you don't come to the beach to watch TV). It had a blue hue, and the quality of the installation (wires, etc) didn't match the house. There were other furnishings that are time to replace (chair in living room, refrigerator, etc). Its clear they had a water leak in the upstairs bathrooms. They seem to have fixed the issue, but need to complete the re-painting of the ceiling so the repairs match the color of the paint. We were partially bummed the house didn't have a private pool but were excited to see there was a community pool just a 30 second walk from the house - but it wasn't working while we were there. It looked like they were having issues with the pump. We come to Cape because the beaches are awesome with few people. This section of the beach was a little busy (this house is in a small subdivision). Busy for Cape being 30 people on this section of beach - still much better than a condo.

6 pack is a beautiful home in a fabulous location. The views and proximity of the beach were unbeatable. The place was not cleaned as well as it should have been. I feel like housekeeping did a rush job but other than that we loved the location and the home !

We stayed at the 6 Pack 6/11/22 – 6/18/22 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the community pool was closed unexpectedly before our stay and did not open back up until 6/16, Pristine Properties provided us with a fair reimbursement upon request. On our first night here, we discovered an ant infestation in one of the bunk beds and a few ants in more of the beds in the bunk bed room. Pristine Properties responded promptly to our call on Sunday morning and sprayed the room and furnished new bedding within a good time frame. (They also replaced the ping pong table net that was missing). So we are very pleased with the management. However, one thing that puzzled us was why the freezer took 2 days to reach zero degrees. We guess housekeeping defrosts the refrigerator every Saturday no matter what. If it doesn’t seem to need it, we would suggest not doing this weekly so the freezer is usable for renters sooner. Another recommendation would be for the property owners to think about adding a small fridge on the bottom floor, so renters will have easier access to drinks for the beach and ping pong table area. For a beach property, the property was very clean upon arrival and provided everything listed in the amenities; however outdoor seating for such an upscale house needs a little improvement. As the pictures online indicated, there were only four wooden lifeguard chairs on the main living area balcony, however there was no seating on the bedroom balconies which the pictures showed. One wooden rocking chair was situated on the ground floor level porch. The outdoor seating is lacking for a property that accommodates 12 people. We would recommend two lounge chairs to the main living area balcony, so sun bathing could be possible or perhaps a type of picnic table for morning or evening meals. Also, another needed property addition would be to add a sitting chair in each master bedroom near the sliding door to the balcony. If there were bedroom chairs, at least there would be indoor seating where one could sit and enjoy the beautiful gulf view. Overall, a beautiful property we would rent again!

The house was AMAZING!! I travel quite a bit .. You will not be disappointed in your house nor location to the beach Literally got everything I needed two streets away at Cape Trading Post for simple groceries and supplies .. We journeyed in to Port St Joe’s for a day off beach with cute boutiques and great mexican ! I will definitely rent again

Loved our stay. The location is exceptional. Quiet area with so much charm. As others have mentioned, you’ll need to bring everything. Soap (hand, dish, laundry) toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, salt & pepper etc. No worries, as the general store up the street has it all. Can’t wait to return.

This house has so much space for families. The bunk room is great for kids. It’s right on the beach. The pool is not heated so it was pretty chilly in October. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house!

Very disappointed in the condition of the beach. Understand it can’t be helped but we are familiar with this area and I called before coming and was incorrectly told the beach was fine. We had to set up our chairs on the “ledge” and at times there was no usable beach at all.

Not having enough beach is a surprising comment given this area just went through a beach refurbishment project earlier this Spring.  That being said with the pending weather from Tropical Storm Claudette probably played a large factor.

Good property, for the price, go ahead and put toilet paper, paper towels, and some simple cleaners in the unit. Many doors and windows wouldn't open without extreme force. Wifi issues and lack of fix was very disappointing.

The 6 Pack was the perfect location for our family vacation! It's right on the beach, and has comfortable living space and ample private quarters. If you're lucky enough to find the 6 Pack available, book it. You will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at 6 Pack. The experience was mostly positive. This is a beautiful house right on the beach. It is well laid out and the decor is perfect. We loved that it has two master suites. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. There are three negatives that stood out. 1. The hot water ran out in 5 minutes. A weeks worth of cold showers sucked! 2. The WiFi is super slow! They should be embarrassed to advertise free WiFi with this house! 3. This is the only house in the neighborhood that didn’t have a gas grill. Seriously, for what they charge per week to have a crappy charcoal grill there is just being cheap! Thank goodness that the neighbors felt bad for us and let us use their gas grill! The location is great and the beach is beautiful! Before I would book again with Pristine Properties again, I would ask some specific questions about the property’s amenities.

Thank you for your feedback on the property and we're glad that overall you enjoyed your stay.  We'll certainly look into the hot water situation as that is not typical for the property.  Wifi is something all properties can have issues with from time to time but we're happy to get the service provider involved to make sure things are working as they should be.  In regards to the grill and any other amenity for the property, we our best to list what the property provides and in this house, like many others, prefer not to provide a grill for various reasons; I'm sure safety for their property is probably the primary one.  Again we appreciate all feedback and will take the appropriate action.

We have stayed at 6 pack two years in a row and were very pleased eac time. It is well suited for two couples or two couples with a lot of kids (3rd bedroom is a bunkroom that sleeps 8). House is fairly new, well appointed, and has a great location close to the Cape Trading Post and Webers Donuts. It looks like they are still fixing a few minor things after the hurricane but that is to be expected. I would definately stay here again.
