“Absolute Heaven” is dog friendly but not yet cat friendly, with an outdoor shower and charcoal grill. A large lower enclosed patio/sundeck has outdoor chaise lounges, patio table and chairs, and Adirondack chairs with side tables. A private covered deck off master bedroom has Adirondack chairs and a table. The deck off the living area has high chairs and shelf area for eating. The upgraded kitchen with granite countertops is well equipped and has a single-serving premium coffee maker and a regular coffee maker; a high end blender for refreshing icy drinks or smoothies; a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice; a microwave; lots of cooking utensils; a dishwasher and full size washer and dryer; ceiling fans in living and bedrooms.
The living area has a HD LED TV with an extended cable package including Showtime, Movie Channel & Music channels; DVR, DVD player, CD player, and IPOD dock; WIFI internet , and phone with UNLIMITED long distance in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. The master bedroom has a flat-screen HD TV with an extended cable package, DVD player, and a King size “Select Comfort-Sleep Number bed “ for your comfort! There are two Queen beds in the second bedroom, HD TV, and 1 Queen sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom has a full bath and the main level has a full bath for added privacy. ENJOY!

Looking to book 1st or 2nd week in August. Last year we stayed 5 days in August. Is this not available?
Answer:
There are a number of properties at the beginning of August that have a seven night requirement as well as a turnover day requirement. However there are many properties that do not have these requirements. Property specific minimum number of days or turnover requirements are typically lifted if booking within one week of arrival.
