Our stay there was wonderful. The only negative was the condo building across the street blocked our view of the sunset. The house was clean and comfortable. Our dog loved the wrap around porch and the neighbors dogs.

The only thing I would advise renters is to bring extra towels and cleaning supplies. The vacuum didn't have a handle, so I was unable to vacuum. With a pet, I vacuum at home daily. Bring everything you need to cook with as far as seasonings, oil, nonstick spray etc. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes.

Suited our needs for short stay but I would not choose this property if I was going to stay for a longer period of time due to the noise from Hwy 98. Even though the property need updating cosmetically it was clean and suited our needs for a 3 night stay.

The location was perfect. Across the street from the beach and the seafood restaurant was in walking distance. Really pleased with our visit.

Enjoyed the house--great location, everything we needed. Only complaint we have is the HVAC unit needs to be checked--cools the open living areas but both bedrooms were very warm.

We loved the house and had a great view. I was over all satisfied with everything and when I did have to communicate they all were nice. The only thing is that I wish we could have checked in earlier and had a little later check out time. But over all I’ll definitely stay there again! Thank you for letting us stay at the house it was awesome!! And I recommend this house to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay. It’s beautiful!!

We had a great stay back in September 2021. Great location with a short walk to the beach and to one of the few restaurants in the area. The beach wasn’t crowded and very chill. The yard had a lime tree and was fenced in, perfect for our dogs. It was a great place to stay.

We absolutely loved the views. The beach access was 2 houses away from the property. The home had everything we needed, everything worked well, it was clean. I would definitely recommend the property for someone who loves the beach and enjoys riding bikes. There were several good restaurants nearby.

Such a lovely home! This property is exactly as described/shown. It's located on a quiet strip between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe with a direct view of the Gulf. The home was extremely clean with comfortable beds and furnishings. We brought our two dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect given one just wanted to chase lizards and watch squirrels in between walks on the beach. I would suggest getting clarity on the pet fee up front, as it's not listed on AirBnB.
I would absolutely recommend this property and consider staying here again.

Some wear and tear/damage to the property, but nothing that affected our stay. There was also some broken glass in the backyard that should be cleaned up. Location is really nice. Walkway to the beach is about 1 house down so very convenient. Beach was very nice. Biggest issue was the lack of restaurants in the area. Also the restaurants that were there often did not answer and there phones or would not accept carry out orders. We specifically selected this location in the hopes that it would not be very busy and we could enjoy a Covid cautious vacation. If we returned again we would plan on dining in for all our meals to avoid this daily stress.

The location is great and having a fenced yard for our dog was also terrific. Traffic noise is the worst thing about the unit. If the owner would hang blackout curtains in the bedrooms in particular I think a lot of the noise and outside lighting issues would be reduced to a more tolerable level.

The beautiful front porch should have been the star of this rental. Instead there were 6 uncomfortable plastic stacking chairs, one broken Chase lounge chair, 2 Wooden Adirondack bar stool height chairs that were also uncomfortable, and eight cushions that fit nothing out there. This porch had such potential! 6 vinyl Adirondack chairs from any building supply store would’ve been A wonderful addition to that front porch. They are Comfortable, not expensive, easy to clean and the right height to see the water . I know everyone is still repairing after Michael but that porch is to nice not to address.

This was my first time ever visiting Port St. Joe. Alpha Blue was amazing! When we arrived the rental was clean and ready for our stay. The art and furniture throughout the home is very pretty and comfortable. The view from the wrap around deck is beautiful, we sat outside most mornings to watch the sun rise and most evenings to watch the sun set. Another added bonus is that the rental is pet friendly, so next time we come down we can bring the WHOLE family. Can't recommend this rental enough, and can't wait to visit again to make more family memories!

It was perfect for our stay.

We have looked at this place last year. We come every October for 4-5 weeks. We have done this for the last 8 years, never wanting to return to the same one again. This year giving Alpa a chance, just didn't get to stay, Michael showed up. We started to stay, but a cousin from Southport wanted us to stay with them. So we left Tuesday afternoon with 2 days of cloths leaving everything there. We didn't escape the storm. After we were could get out of Southport we headed to see if we could get our things we always bring alot of things for our stay. We avoided the road blocks since we know the back roads. We were so excited when the green roof came into view. So sad to see the damage to bottom, but the top took care of our belongings. Alpa Blu was awesome,wish we could've had more time. So sad to see what's left of our Mexico Beach.

Super clean, spacious kitchen, living room and master. Fenced yard for our furry friends and just walk across the street for the beach. We loved our vacation at Alpha Blu and we would definitely reccomend it to anyone wanting a nice relaxing place to stay close to St Joe beach!

Home has well stocked kitchen and was immaculate when we arrived. Our stay was perfect with lots of parking if you bring your boat. We stayed the week of the 4th and you could see fire works in both MB and St. Joe. We will return again.
