This pet-friendly residence is just a 1-minute walk from the beach and provides access to resort-style amenities such as a zero-entry pool, village center, playground, and scenic boardwalks.

The home is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, starting with a screened-in front porch equipped with rocking chairs. The main level features serene, beach-inspired interiors, including a spacious living area with a 65" Smart TV and a high-end kitchen with a 6-stool breakfast bar. Guests can dine at the 8-person table in the sunlit dining nook or move outside to the back screened-in porch, which offers a porch swing and Adirondack chairs. The backyard serves as a private oasis, complete with a swimming pool, sand volleyball court, outdoor shower, and grilling area.

The second floor is dedicated to rest and convenience, housing all four bedrooms and a laundry room. The primary suite boasts a king bed, desk, and a private balcony with a bistro set overlooking the Gulf. The guest accommodations include a second king bedroom with a private bath and two additional bedrooms with queen beds.

Fit as a Fiddle Gym: They have lockers, showers, a weigh station, a snack bar, two classrooms, lots of free weights, and other misc machines for the upper and lower body. They thrive on cleanliness, and all machines/tools are to be wiped down after each use. Office personnel go through and clean all machines daily. Free tours, take a look, see if it catches your eye. We are sure it will! Classes and passes are available! Open to the public! Once you have a passcode, you can work out between 5 am and 10 pm!
