This 2 bedroom/2 bath townhome is located in Barrier Dunes a gated, gulf front townhome community adjacent to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Barrier Dunes offers quiet surroundings with 2 community pools, one of them being gulf front, tennis courts, a playground and fishing ponds. This particular unit is located across from the playground and backs up to the entrance into the State Park. You are located a short walk from the beach, with easy access and no major roads to cross. Sunset Dream is very nicely furnished and well-stocked, including a Keurig, for your next vacation. The owner has thought of it all including a pack ‘n play if you’re bringing along an infant.
This unit is a great place to spend your winters or even for a monthly stay during the fall. If you’re planning to come monthly and would like to bring a small dog, please ask your reservationist about details.
