Cape Haus is a great addition to the Pristine Properties’ inventory. A very desirable feature is that it is a single level home. There is a short set of stairs to enter the home and then everything inside is all on one level. This home has a very open floor with lots of living area. With windows lining the wall in the living room it allows for a bright, naturally lit interior. To top this home off, there is a large screened porch on the backside of the home overlooking the pool and an open deck on the front with views of the Gulf. Reasonably priced, this home has it all, gorgeous furnishings, lots of room, a short walk to the beach, a perfect combination for a great family vacation.

Also this property is Pet Friendly, allowing 2 pets at a time, with a pet fee of $150/dog. If you think you might need a bit more space, rent Cape Haus Extra which is the 4 Bedroom version of this same house.

Floor Plan: Ground Level – Lots of room under house for covered, paved parking.

It is so nice to have a single level home with a private pool. We take advantage of the beach, but there are times when beach not best choice and it's great to have pool as an option. Plus, it's always nice to enjoy in the evening after a day at the beach. We love the screened area to have morning coffee (or the amazing front porch)...if we aren't down at the beach watching for dolphins. I think reserving again already for next year (4th consecutive year) should also be a great example.

Very clean house. Plenty of room and places to sit for large groups. The pool was immaculate. I highly recommend this place. I think the 3rd bedroom should be disclosed that it's not a true bedroom.

Beautiful home and served our family very well. Close to the beach and the pool was a wonderful treat at the end of the day! Property was very clean and decor was nicely updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our week!

If you are looking for a property that is close to the beach and with limited stairs this is the property for you! It's private, well maintained and the pool is perfect for family and friends.

Exactly what we wanted
We were looking for an area that was really dog friendly and Cape San Blas was it. Then we searched for homes that were either on the beach or a short walk to it with a pool. This was a perfect house for my husband and I, my 16 yo boys and our two dogs. It was a cute layout, clean, and enough area for everyone to have their own space. While not on the beach, it was an easy 1-2 min walk. I was really impressed with Pristine Properties. They made it easy and hassle free!

Our family absolutely loved renting this house! It's just a few min walk to the beach or to the local store if you need to grab something fast for dinner. It's easy to get to the walking path if you have dogs. The house was very clean, plenty of places for our family to sleep, eat, and relax on the sofa to watch TV. The screened in patio porch is huge with plenty of space for ppl to relax. The pool is beautiful and very clean. The downstairs apartment bonus room was perfect for our older boys who wanted their own space to relax . There is plenty of space to park I couldnt think of one thing wrong w this home! It was perfect! I'm so happy we decided to rent this house for the week of July 4th, we had so much fun. This is our 3rd year back to the Cape and there isnt another place I love as much as Cape San Blas!

Answer:

Any property that is pet friendly will allow you to bring a dog(s) for an additional charge.  One of the first questions you have to complete once you click on Book Now is listing the number of pets you're bringing.  Once listed this will automatically add the specific property's pet fee and you will be able to see that prior to booking or paying anything.
