Beautiful single family home located in the immaculately manicured Two Palms development on the south end of Cape San Blas.  This 1800 square foot home is complimented by its private screened-in pool for maximum privacy and comfort.  Cape Palms is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with tile floors throughout; a fabulous home for families with children and/or pets (dogs only with paid fee).  Every bedroom has a sliding glass door that accesses the large furnished decks.  Marvel over views of the gulf and the bay on either side of the property.  Just a short walk across the street from the bike path that extends the length of the entire peninsula.  Perfect place to enjoy all of the beauty Cape San Blas has to offer.

The property is in a beautiful location. Access to the beach was easy and lovely Salinas park was right across the road. However, lugging 3 coolers up 31 steps to the kitchen (it was Thanksgiving) was not easy! A lovely view once you make it to the top - where the living room and kitchen are. The stairs up are tiled which was a problem for our big dog, who slipped and slid every time she went down. The property was nice, but could use some TLC.

This home was absolutely beautiful. There are a lot of stairs but they were tolerable. The home was cleaned and very well maintained. It was a quick easy walk to the beach. I wish we would’ve had more time there but when we go back we will plan for a longer stay.

House is awesome, master bedroom was larger than expected. Pool is almost private thanks to trees and overgrown shrubs. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus.

For pet friendly properties the easiest way to get the current pet fee is to begin the booking process.  One of the first pieces of information to update is the number of pets being brought (if applicable).  Once this is changed the property specific pet fee will populate immediately.  Our reservation staff is always available during business hours to assist in answering questions or making reservations.

Is the pool heated (for a fee)?

is there room to turn around a boat in the driveway?

The driveway at Cape Palms is relatively short so I don't believe you could turn around a boat in the driveway.
