With warm and sunny weather all year long, St. Joe Beach is the ultimate vacation destination for any season. You can relax and play on the soft, white sand beaches of this Gulf Coast town, soaking up the Florida sunshine in this relaxing paradise. Take a stroll along the Gulf of Mexico’s glittering water and enjoy the peacefulness of the quiet waves lapping on shore. And no one needs to be left out as this is a pet friendly beach and beach home. Or take to the water for a swimming or boating excursion. There’s no shortage of things to do in Gulf County’s outdoor playground.
Chateau Seaclusion is a large, gulf front 5 bedroom home that offers plenty of space for your party of 12. The owner’s of this home have thought of everything to ensure this is one of the most comfortable, well-equipped vacation homes. It quickly will become your next home away from home. There are many extras within that make it a rare find and one that you have to experience; from the repurposed cypress from Hurricane Katrina that makes the dining table to the unique photography throughout and you’ll love the rockers that found a home here all the way from Costa Rica. The views from Chateau Seaclusion are breathtaking from both inside the house and out. Because of where the house is situated along the shore you can see for as far as the eye will allow in either direction. And don’t forget the sunsets as they sink behind the Cape San Blas peninsula across the gulf.
Inside, you’ll find a bathroom for every bedroom and a TV in each as well. Three of the five bedrooms have access to a gulf front deck, so no need to worry about waking the rest of the group when you slip out for your morning coffee.
Outdoors there as much to enjoy as indoors. There’s a great screened deck off of the dining room that offers additional eating space and a cool bar to enjoy drinks with a gorgeous view. Decking spreads out on both levels with plenty of seating. There’s even a little sitting area next to the gas grill, so no one has to grill alone. There is plenty of parking under the house as well as an outdoor shower and fish cleaning area. There’s also a cleared area tucked between the trees and the house for you to park your boat.
In late 2019 this property will be adding a swimming pool, additional deck, connected boardwalk to the beach. Due to Hurricane Michael the existing boardwalk at the house is not accessible but the house sits directly next to a public beach access/path.
