This beautifully decorated, gulf front, 4 bedroom, 2 bath house features one of a kind access to Money Bayou. There is nothing more fun for you and your children than catching your own Blue Crab in Money Bayou and fixing them for dinner. Come to Crosswinds for a great family vacation.

Floor Plan: Ground Floor - parking, both covered and open. 1st Floor - screened in porch, open deck both facing out toward the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen, Dining, and Living. The living room has very comfortable seating with a TV, DVD. Bedroom 1 with King bed and access to 1st floor full bath. Bedroom 2 with a daybed and trundle also with access to 1st floor full bath. Laundry area just off Kitchen/Dining area. 2nd Floor - Queen bedroom, King bedroom and view of the gulf. These bedrooms share a full bath.

Be advised that Money Bayou's path shifts and can be in front of this property blocking direct beach access at times.

The older negative reviews on this house need to be removed (hurricane reviews don't count). The house is just as described in the property description. We loved it and will stay again. Very comfortable house with easy beach access. Also, Florida corrosive environment reviews shouldn't count either, but I know a lot of people don't understand everything coastal in Florida is subject to this.

Palms full of dead fronds. Obscured view of beach. Screen door and back door needs attention and cleaning.

No internet or tv when we arrived. Would be good to check before renters arrive. 6 remotes scattered around downstairs. Need to label which ones go to tv. Also a list of tv channels would help.

Property was wonderful. Very easy access to the beach. Caught tons of crabs right behind the house. Pictures do not do this house justice. Was way more gorgeous in person.

It’s nothing on Pristine Properties watch but this house sits on money bayou and instead of a view of the gulf we got traffic on the beach and people wading fishing playing music fighting with a neighbor. But we will be happy to rent from Pristine again. These things are not their problem, we just like a little more privacy

At this time there is no direct beach access. The bayou has cut off access. There is a bridge but belongs to house next door and cannot be used. Walking through the vacant lots on one side is not possible as you will walk on private property and the dunes that are being restored. To get to the beach you walk down 30A to one of the neighboring streets or drive to a park.

The rains from Hurricane Sally then Hurricane Zata did result in Money Bayou being wider and deeper for a portion of time than it typical.

Good House

We enjoyed the house so much. Really Liked the layout and Pristine was so helpful. Hopefully the owners will work on a Dune walkover and put in a large screen TV in the living room.

Although the photos were accurate I was disappointed at the view that a "beach front" property normally affords and I don't feel the property price reflected this. Nonetheless your staff was great to work with (when I accidentally booked 2 properties simultaneously) and my family had a very enjoyable week.
