Discovery is a real gem. A spacious, well-designed layout right on a beautiful pet-friendly beach. The 1 bedroom unit was well equipped and provided more than enough room for us and our dog. Views of the Gulf from the living room but even better views from the deck. Just a few steps and you’re on the beautiful white sands of St. Joe Beach. Pristine Properties was very accommodating. Great place…Great stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Discovery! My fiancé and our two dogs stayed here and were more than comfortable. The unit was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need. Kitchen well stocked and there was even a crock pot. The bed, pillows, and sheets were of a nice hotel quality. My only draw back was that the balcony was open in the end to access the stairs. But the unit came with a baby gate so there was no issue with the dogs sitting outside with us. The area only has one row of houses and there was ample space to either side so it felt very uncrowded. 12/10 would stay here again!!

We had a nice week and loved the location of this place. There were a few things that would have made it better. The couches are on their last leg and need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable. The unit was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony area was nice, but not private. The stairs to the upstairs unit were right on our balcony with no wall or divider. Thankfully, no one was staying above us for most of the week, otherwise it would have been awful. This would be the only reason we would possibly not stay here again.

Cannot park 2 vehicles of normal size, not even sure if a small sub compact will fit under the building.

While the parking under these units is somewhat tight we are able to pull our standard full sized maintenance trucks in and park them if needed.  Lifted trucks, taller vans, or anything that might have problems in some drive thrus could have issues parking under these units; however there is enough room for one vehicle from each unit to park behind the covered space in the open.

This was our second year at Discovery. It is perfect for our needs. Unit is clean and modern and right on the beautiful St. Joe Beach! Highly recommend.

St. Joe Beach is heaven on earth! Peaceful, relaxing, gorgeous! This condo is very clean and modern and completely met our needs. Love staying right on the beach. We stayed here last year and came back again. Highly recommend.

Our choice to not rent Discovery has nothing to do with problems. The steps were hard on our dog (and our knees). The balcony (which Heather was up front about before we selected the property) was not private at all due to steps for the unit above literally almost on our balcony. With four people going up and down frequently each day and night, it bothered our dog and we felt odd.....that is something we aren’t used to....we prefer more privacy and will remember this when we book for next time. The condo itself was a great size for us and we loved that once in, everything was on one level.

My husband and I had one of the most enjoyable vacations staying at this condo. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The interior has been remodeled and we we amazed at how beautiful everything was. This condo has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Loved the nice balcony and the few steps to the beach. You will not find a better location. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. We will most definitely stay here again!
