If you woke up this morning with an epiphany that now was the time to make travel plans to visit the beach, then look no further than this property. It’s meant to be, the vacation rental home named Epiphany, is just the right fit. Sitting gulf front, this townhome is ideal for a couple or a small family looking to reconnect with one another while relaxing on the quiet shoreline of St. Joe Beach. While only a one bedroom, this 1st floor unit, is quite spacious and comfortably arranged. With a boardwalk connecting you to the sugar white sand, access to the beach couldn’t be any easier. If you don’t want to make the walk down, sitting on the deck is a great option. The breeze is just as wonderful there and the views are to die for. If you’ve not seen a sunset in the Fall, I recommend adding that to your bucket list.

Epiphany has recently undergone a facelift on the interior and it shows! The desirable gulf front location has been enhanced with all new flooring, kitchen, furniture and décor. The layout has been rearranged opening up the living area and maximizing the views. You can now bring your dog with you as the property and the beach are both pet friendly.

First time to the St Joe area and couldn’t have stayed in a better location! Epiphany is right in the beach and spread out from other rentals. We loved being on the beach without feeling crowded like you do in Destin or PCB. It’s a short drive to downtown and within walking distance of the best restaurant we ate at during our trip-Shipwreck Raw Bar. It’s a must eat if you stay in the area!
The condo was updated, clean and perfect for a couples getaway! We will be coming back!! Highly recommend and we are already looking at our calendar for our next visit.

Our brief stay was great
The property was excellent we had to leave within 24 hours due to a death, I’ve sent messages about receiving a voucher to come back can’t get any help. I know it’s not y’all fault for us leaving early but it would be nice to be able to get ahold of a person!

Epiphany: Great location
My husband and I enjoy the location and the condo. It was a rare find for an "on the beach" condo that allows for dogs. The interior furnishings are lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. My husband had success fishing from the beach in front of the condo. We had fresh Pompano and Whiting for dinner almost every night. We took our Lab-mix and PapiPom and enjoyed walking our dogs on the beach each day. There is plenty of room to set up a large crate inside for your dogs. The Shipwreck, a popular local restaurant, is within walking distance. We think we've found our "go-to" place for future visits.

Quiet Place On The Beach
We loved staying at St Joe Beach. It is a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of larger towns. They are repairing the area from Hurricane Matthew. The area is dog friendly. Our dogs had a great time walking on the beach. It is close to Mexico Beach, Port St Joe, Apalachicola, Cape San Blas and, St George Island. There is lots of fishing in the bay, Gulf or rivers. We saw dolphins from our deck. There are several bird species in the area. If you like the laid back peaceful old Florida feel you will enjoy the area.

Nice Unit
First time to stay in Epiphany. The unit itself is very nice. The bedroom is large, spacious with a king side bed. This unit was remodeled in 2016 so everything is still fairly new. The kitchen is well equipped. Here are my "negatives" if could have any, because we are at the beach you know. 1) The internet service is horrible. Both me an my spouse have laptops, ipads, iphones. While using the laptops, the internet drops out continuously. 2) There are not enough outlets for all the electronics we have. This is not necessarily a negative, just fyi that you will be walking up approximately 10 steps to access the unit. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Quiet Section of Beach
Having covered parking is marvlous. View spectacular! Condo just remocelled after Hurricane Michael. Neighboring condo owners were very friendly. Would love to return next year.

The Hurricane took out the walk over, but it is not needed as the dunes where leveled as well. Parking in the shade under the unit was wonderful. The condo was as described and everything worked well.

We had a wonderful stay with a couple small glitches. What a bonus to put your car under shelter! :) The townhouse was very nice, the view beautiful, would recommend to anyone. Happy to see all the progress being made in bringing this community back again. We will definitely return, love this place.

We loved it!
It was a lovely place. Only steps from the beach made it easy walking to set up our chairs, and a beautiful view from the porch. There were plenty of good restaurants near by, but the area wasn't crowded. It was a quiet beach.
