The Gulfside has pavilions, walking paths, restrooms, and beach access. And then, on the bayside, there is a sand volleyball court, pickleball courts, an incredible playground for the kids, enclosed picnic areas, public restrooms and showers, and the highly popular kayak/paddleboard launch. If that’s not enough to keep you entertained, jump on the Loggerhead Run Bike Path for some fresh air exercise. The path extends the peninsula's length and will lead you to Scallop RePUBlic, a short distance away.

Is there a couch and tv in the living room? Can you walk to the beach and if so, how long of a walk is it? I cannot tell from the pictures.

There is not a couch currently in the living room of this property. You can absolutely walk to the beach, its roughly a 3-5 minute walk.
