Villa Del Sol is a beachside community on the south end of Cape San Blas. Future plans are to finish the resort-like community with amenities such as a community pool and cabana. Upon your arrival, you are welcomed with a grass yard and cute front porch designed to remind you are here, to sit back, relax and take a break with gulf breezes blowing your hair around. This property is built just above grade, so only a few steps lead into the home, where you will be immediately astonished by the luxury awaiting you. The main level is comfortably arranged with an open living & area and kitchen. There is also a half bath and laundry room available out of convenience. The first master is located on the main level, which seems preferable for the multi-generational traveling party.
Upstairs are the remaining four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a stylish workspace at the top of the stairs. The kids will enjoy themselves in the bunk room, and the remaining bedrooms are packed with style and class. Large windows cover the bedroom walls, some of the most serene natural light to pour in with views of St. Joseph Bay and Cape San Blas.

This home is beautiful and comfortable. The layout works well for large groups, with enough space and facilities for 12. While it is still in an active construction area, there was no construction noise heard inside and there was minimal construction traffic in the neighborhood. This was a great location for younger kids to play on the beach and in the Gulf, and a quiet destination for adults to enjoy the coasts and marshes, gorgeous sea and landscapes, and find some fresh seafood with friends. It is NOT a party destination, there are no T-shirt shops or tattoo parlors, and most places on the cape close by 9 pm. We will consider renting again - if we don't find a place of our own here first!
