Latitude Adjustment is a great 4 bedroom single family home that is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood towards the end of Indian Pass. This gulf view property is located just one house back from the beach and views that rival many gulf front homes. Short walk, wonderful views all at a gulf view price. On the main level of the house there is a fantastic screened deck with lounging furniture as well as dining. When you take the exterior stairs, it leads to a top floor open deck where you can up and down the beach. This is a pet friendly home, so everyone can come enjoy their stay any time of the year.Â
