Everything was amazing!! The views are spectacular, the house was breathtaking, the beds were comfy, the house had everything needed, it was a perfect trip!! We loved watching the sun go down at night from the deck. We will definitely be back next year or maybe again this year!

We enjoyed our stay at Mimi’s Place and would stay again. The only issue with the place is it comes with the bare minimum supplies. We were given a list of things to bring but that didn’t include cleaning supplies or basic cooking things. There weren’t any cleaning supplies available if you had to clean something or simple seasoning supplies. It did have an amazing view and walk to the beach.

Location was perfect with the beach just a few steps away and very private and easy going compared to the busy and over crowded beaches at PCB. Shipwreck restaurant within walking distance right next to condo and had great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Downtown Port St. Joe just a short ten min drive away with great restaurants and shops. Definitely need to go to Peppers Mexican restaurant and Jo Mama's brick oven pizza. Pristine property representatives were always helpful, professional, and quick to respond to any and all my questions. Mimi's place was very clean and simple and had a lot to offer with all the amenities.

This is my 2nd time renting this property. It is just perfect. House stocked with everything you can imagine. House is super clean, great location/view and pet friendly.

We LOVED this property!!! Super comfortable, well appointed kitchen, with all the little things thoughtfully provided that one could or may need during their stay. We explored during the day, enjoyed local restaurants and sunset dog friendly beach walks right across the street. Stayed in at night and cooked fresh seafood dinners. The outdoor space was perfect! Being January, weather was a bit unpredictable, we sat out even when it rained. New Years Eve was wonderful with local fireworks and neighbors gathering to watch. We met some new friends that we will continue to keep in touch and plan future visits with. We thought we would have an outdoor BBQ grill, but no- and grill was listed in amenities. We enjoyed this condo very much and would book back again for sure. For check in, being a holiday weekend, we were still able to call and speak with the property management from Pristine and get an earlier check in. We were very appreciative of them being available to answer our call.

I cant say enough about how wonderful this property is. This owner should teach other renters how to do it right! Everything was so clean, fresh and every amenity you could wish for in a house is there. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. The path to the beach is right across the street and the views of the water and sunsets are clear from the patio and upper deck.

Great sunset views from balcony! Only have to cross the road then dunes and you're on the beach. Loved how pet friendly the beach is and friendly people in the neighborhood. Well stocked with kitchen items for cooking/eating in. I'd definitely stay there again. There's a lot of traffic noise since right on 98 but you don't notice it inside and it's quieter on the beach since dunes block it out some.

We loved the house, location and that we could take our dogs along . The kitchen was well equipped. with anything we may need. Nice location with gulf view and easy beach access across the street from home. We couldn’t have been happier!

My closest friend of mine and our older pups went to the beach to relax and catch up and this was the perfect place to do that. We brought in all our food and drinks and never left the condo except to go to the beach, it was exactly what we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

The property had been completely updated and was very well done. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach is directly across the street and full view as no obstruction’s. Fenced in area on front of the townhouse was great for a dog. Will definitely stay here again
