Great stay - beautiful location right on the beach:)

Wonderful stay! Everything was as described. Loved the location and the privacy of the beach. It was great having beach equipment waiting for us upon arrival and picked up as we left.
Remember to bring your basics like salt and pepper, spices and additional toilet paper or paper towels. Unlike smaller Airbnb homes those items were not available.
There were a couple of minor housekeeping issues that I shared with the company that I feel will be taken well as the rest of the process has been very easy. Nothing that impacted our stay to the point of calling.
The house was comfortable. We had no issues settling in and hitting the beach. The general store is right down the road for any needs that arise. Indian Pass Raw Bar is literally at the end of the street.
We watched the dolphins from the deck morning and evening. There were multiple locations to rinse your feet or even shower off when returning from the beach.
If your looking for a wonderful relaxing beach trip you found it!

Location is perfect! Loved both of the decks. The king bed wasn’t comfortable and the property would be a little tight for 6 people if we had stayed for a whole week. Overall we had a great stay because the location is just so good. Can’t beat ocean views and a short walk over the dunes to the beach.

Good views and access to the beach. The upstairs sliding door could not be opened. Thus we were deprived of the upstairs deck. On a positive note, the rental unit was clean and reasonably well furnished. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we do feel we were some what shortchanged by not having full use of the facilities.

Amazing!!! Impressed the moment we walked through the front door. The house was immaculate!!! The view was amazing!!! This will be our go to beach vacation from now own. On a scale of 1 to 10 on how great the property is, I give it a 100!!!

Perfect setting and beech location that exceeded our expectations. We loved being able to walk out on the beach straight from the porch! Definitely would recommend unit for a small family or combine with the other 2 units for multi generation vacations.

It was a great mommy getaway. Secluded private beach. Saw dolphins each morning as we had our morning cup of Joe. Sunsets in the evening on the deck over the dunes were magnificent. Nicely decorated large LR with new furniture, big screen TV, recliners for daydreaming as I looked at the water. Mattresses were comfy making sleeping in a real treat. Master BR has TV, sofa and has a great porch retreat facing the water. Kitchen is well stocked. Thanks to the owners we enjoyed PL-1 We mommies will definitely be back !

We loved our stay at this townhome. It is a quiet area and away from all the crowds, we had the beach nearly to ourselves each day! We enjoyed our coffee on the porch listening to the waves and just walked right down the stairs to the beach each day. There is nothing like the convenience of just walking back in to restock the cooler or grab a snack. We made most meals at home to maximize our beach time; but, also enjoyed the Indian Pass Raw Bar (fun experience) or took the short drive into Port St. Joe for groceries or dinner. Highly recommend! We will be back!

This condo was just as advertised. It is right on the beach and the furnishings are awesome. The arrangement with the umbrella /chair company worked out well. We had a nice time.

After staying a few days in Destin, this place was heaven on earth. The house and location exceeded expectations, which is rare. While the water isn’t emerald like Destin/Panama City, etc , the secluded nature and overall beauty of the area more than makes up for it. If the idea of relaxing on the beach with barely a soul in sight appeals to you, then look no further. I rarely care to visit the same place twice when there is so much of the world to explore, but I’ll be back here before long.

Beautiful area, super clean and just everything you want it to be!! We loved eating breakfast on the deck every morning and have the view of the ocean!! I love this place and we will definitely book for next year!!

Great property right on the beach! Few other houses around so we had the beach mostly to ourselves but we were only a 10 min drive to Port St Joe for supplies. Most of the house has been renovated recently which is nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning here. We came in late September so the weather was everything from cloudy and cool to warm and sunny ending with the most gorgeous sunset on our last day. There’s plenty of recreational rentals available in the area if you so choose but this week was all about relaxing for us and this place was perfect for that.

My family and enjoyed the time we got to spend at Pelican Landing 1. The beaches are gorgeous and quiet and only a few steps from the house which was so convenient when toting all our things to the beach along with two small children. Sometimes we have found beach homes to be minimal and not well decorated; however, this home is perfectly set up and is updated and decorated with the clear personal touches of someone with an eye for design. When we weren't at the beach or collecting shells, we loved lunches on the porch listening to the ocean, movies for the kids on the large flat screen while parents cooked in the updated kitchen, and story time on the bunk beds. Though nothing beats evenings on the private master patio listening to the waves. We loved our time here and can't wait to go back!

Love the Pelican Landings and Indian Pass. Various things are updated stay to stay. We love the new boardwalk and sitting area, and ramp down to the beach. This is a fantastic improvement.
