Thank you, Casey, for your 5-star rating. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again soon!Visit Florida Beaches staff
The home was clean, comfortable, equipped and worked out perfectly for our party of 3. I loved the sunroom and the outdoor shower (although there are no walls around the shower so privacy is limited.) The fire pit was a nice touch, but due to the warmer weather, we did not use it this trip. Also, we appreciated the extra beach gear we had access to!
The only thing I really wished someone had told me before booking was how difficult the path to the beach would be to traverse. Once you get to the sand dunes, there is no boardwalk to use to get over the dunes. The dunes are VERY STEEP and you have to walk up them, through the sand, to get to the gulf. Walking over them without holding beach gear is tough. But walking over the dunes WITH beach gear is almost impossible.
I had to reach out to a FB group for the area to see if I could get some help with our beach gear from a kind stranger. All rental gear companies on the cape would not agree to help with our own equipment.
