GPS directions is limited when you closer may need a little landmark direction when you getting closer.
Overall my stay was great and I will do it again

Loved staying here. Wished they could provide a little more towels without you paying for extra. We had one issue with the trash and as soon as I messaged them they responded within a min. Was very pleased with this location and house! We felt like we had a private beach and we weren't on top of other people like most FL beaches are. The best feeling beds but highly recommend bringing your personal pillow.. Only two small pillows per room. I think the back covered porch was our fav spot.

The water clarity along Indian Pass through to the southside of Cape San Blas is certainly not as clear consistently as you find it on the northside of Cape San Blas, St Joe Beach, or Mexico Beach. However there are benefits to Indian Pass and the south Cape like having much more beach, having a lot less people, and typically less wave action.

We enjoyed our week here- the house, the beach and the beach gear! We did somehow manage to pick the week of some scheduled maintenance to the house but the beach was perfect and we had everything we needed in the house. The screened in porch was so nice in the evening. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

The house is gorgeous and it is right on the beach. There are swings that are first class. Overall we had a great time and we will be back!

When looking at Sea Gem 2 online the pictures did not do it justice. The beds were so comfortable, the house was clean, and the view was stunning. We enjoyed watching dolphins multiple times a day and collecting a few shells while playing on the beach.

Home could use some upgrades however the price does reflect that since it is a HOUSE on the Beach. The beach is practically all yours. Very few people around. We stayed for 7 nights. The beds were comfortable and that was nice. The views are amazing and driving into town was easy like 10 minutes to the Piggly Wiggly and restaurants. It was a great time. We even filmed a Tik Tok with the entire group on the beach! Great Time

The lounge chairs on downstairs porch should be replaced with either Adirondack or rocking chairs Main reason we loved the place were the views were breathtaking.

the house was Extremely clean when we arrived. The view was second to none and the screened in porch was everybody's favorite place. The house was well stocked with all of the necessities and the beds were very comfortable. The beach access was as good as it gets.

The house was less than 60 steps to the water, so it was exactly what we had in mind in that regard! The decks were also very nice, but they would have been perfect with a good pressure washing!

Beautiful views and the beach was cleanand had plenty of space. Loved the Screened in porch and Swing. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off before headinginto the house. Water was shallow for a very long way out great for little ones but older kids were looking forward to some waves which we didn't really have. A/C was great and the house met all expectations for a beach without crowds. A great time was had by all.

Beautiful beach front property, which was lucky enough to be spared by Hurricane Michael! Owners went out of their way in order to accommodate our needs for a small Beach wedding for our youngest son. This house was perfect, had no problems, clean and well kept with excellent location. Morning coffee in the deck swing with a view like this, who could ask for more! Hope to return soon!

Fantastic place to spend a week! Everyone work is had a great time. So glad that the property was soaked significant damage from last year's hurricane. This was our first stay in a still house, so theswaying in the breeze"took some getting used to

The pros by far outweighed the cons in this house. The location was nice. The beach was never crowded. The house was perfect for us and allowed some privacy for family members or friends with plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls and glasses. Although with little ones I was glad I took paper products. Dishes are sized for adults. The view was fantastic. The pictures do not show how close you are to the beach. It was so convenient for little people (and big people.) Easy to run back and forth. Just to give you a heads up, there are no consumables. You have to take anything you will use up. Ex. dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, a pot scrubber,(if you use one), clothes washing detergent, coffee filters. (Although I left enough for the rest of the summer.) Also take plenty of beach towels. There are none. And I was glad I took extra bath towels. Or course you can wash every night. There was an issue with getting in when we first arrived. The code did not work. We called the emergency number. (The office was closed.) My call was returned after about 10-15 minutes with a new code that worked. The only thing that wasn't clean was the kitchen sink and the counter around it. No products to clean with but I had Wet Ones. Last thing. You can drive on this beach which is a negative for me, but there was very little traffic. Not enough to be deterred. I will return to this property. The problems were small and fixed quickly.

The property was absolutely great! Totally enjoyed the entire week, even the rainy days. Only suggestion for future renters would be to repair the ties on the storm shutters outside the western upstairs bedroom. With the wind blowing the last two nights, it sounded like someone out there with a battering ram as they banged against the wall. Other than that, a perfect vacation for us. Thank you for making it possible!

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The home is well taken care of, clean and very quiet inside if you have a house full of family. There are a few things I would change as far as accommodations are concerned. Updating the 3 huge wooden chaise lounges on the porch, they're too big, making it difficult to go out the screen door to the beach and the cushions are worn out making them too uncomfortable for a relaxing nap while listening to the waves crash. Some better seating for the upstairs porch and driving some nails that are sticking up from deck boards. The dining room table and chairs are too big for the space again making use of the door there and sitting in the barstools difficult as well. Finally, installing a signal booster on the cable would prevent the upstairs TV's from flickering. They still did this even after the management and cable company worked on them during our stay (of which I appreciate the rental companies diligent attempts to solve the problem) These things won't deter us from coming back but fixing them would enhance the experience. All of us will find it difficult to wait a year to return.

House was spacious,well planned for families,and clean. Kitchen was supplied with all essentials. Screened porch was a favorite gathering area. Everything was as promised.
