Song of the Cape is a home built in 2021. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath single family house is located on Cape San Blas Road near to Beach Planet and Scallop Cove. The house sleeps six and has a king master suite, queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds. It is located on the narrower part of the cape which is unique, because the gulf and bay are both in close proximity. The house is located on the bayside of Cape San Blas Road and, in addition to the great views of the bay, has great gulf views as well. There are decks on both the front and back of the house. The bayside deck has a screened porch to relax and enjoy the timeless moments.

The home has an open floor plan and the living room, dining area and kitchen all have breathtaking views of St. Josephs Bay. The kitchen is also equipped with a generous sized walk-in pantry. The washer and dryer are located on the main living level as well. The 3 bedrooms located on the back side of the house facing Cape San Blas Road all have great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The deck on the gulf side is accessible from both the master suite and the queen bedroom. The queen bedroom has views of St. Josephs Bay as well as the Gulf of Mexico.

The main living level is accessible from 2 sets of stairs, one outside and one inside, plus the property's elevator. The ground level is equipped with a game room and pool table. There is additional storage available on the ground level as well. All 3 bedrooms and the game room are equipped with 39” smart TVs so you can watch cable TV programming or stream your favorite shows over WiFi. The living area has a 55” smart TV. There is a privacy enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water under the house to rinse off after a refreshing day spent in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Comfortable and clean. The elevator was a hit ! Needs blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Especially the master bedroom.

Mothersday weekend
The house was great. Check in and out was easy. The house has plenty of board and card games to play with the family. The location is great its close to beach access and the general store.

Great Family Spring Break
The house was exactly as listed. My children loved it. It was super quiet and peaceful. It was nice being just walking distance from the general store and a souvenir store. Im already planning our next vacation to the area, and highly considering getting this house again.

This more than met all our needs and was a great home away from home. Nicely designed, comfortable, and clean. Very close to a grocery store and a short drive to the public beach. Cape Palms Park was much nicer and just as convenient as the one listed. We didn’t mind the drive to the beach since we have a lot of gear and it was preferable than walking across the street.
The internet was a little slow but I speed tested it and it was over 400mb so may have been the provider/island issue. Also (and all airbnbs do it) I prefer a darker bedroom. No shades on the upper windows and the others were very sheer. We have small kids who still nap during the day so got creative to darken rooms.

This property was a last minute booking for us and we definitely scored a hit. The property is out on the Cape but so close to town that it made going to dinner an easy event.
The house sits back off the road, is situated right next to (30 yards maybe?) a beach planet store and a general store. This was super helpful because we could grab beach supplies and some basic foodstuffs/alcohol all by walking right next door! Super convenient.
The house was super clean, obviously we'll kept up, and looked even better in person than the pictures led us to believe.
The short walk, across the street, and to the beach was easy to navigate and allowed us to make it from the door to the water in under 5 minutes.
I'd definitely book this place again.

I am generally NOT a beach person. That has changed since my stay at Song of the Cape! The location? Perfect! The accommodations? Perfect! Very peaceful place to stay and unwind . I will be returning.

We loved this house. The bed and couch were very comfortable and felt like we were in someone’s home, not a cheap rental. The location is perfect to the bay, ocean, store and restaurants. The sunrises over the bay each morning were breathtaking. It was nice to have a water hose and shower to rinse off and a nice entrance to keep dandy beach supplies away from living area! We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and was new. Great location, convenient to all the general stores and restaurants. The beaches are beautiful, we had great weather and were able to enjoy them. The only negatives are the house does need more cook wear if you wanted to cook meals at the house did not have much to work with. And there is not a public access to the beach close by. We were able to find a path that led to the beach where a house used to be. The staff at Pristine Properties were great and made the rental experience easy. I would definitely stay at Song of the Cape again. Look forward to coming back.

Very nice house
Place was brand new with nice decor and kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to the beach. View of the bay but no access to the bay from the house Located very close to Scallop Cove, so easy walk to anything you needed there

There are several public beach access points on Cape San Blas nearby this property.  There is also an outdoor shower at this property.

Is there a dock on the the bay or water access to the bay from this property?

This property does not have access to a private or shared bay access.  However there is a public bay access less than a mile from the property.
