So why not combine the two? Sunny Beach Retreat B is a ground-floor duplex where the boundary between inside and outside gets slightly unclear. Because the westward-facing sliding glass doors open nearly the entire width of the house, the outdoors can pour in, crossing that line from in or out. With this, the unobstructed gulf views are incredible from every spot in the living area. Easily step from the living room onto the covered patio, where you can access a gas grill and outdoor shower. A vacant lot is between the house and the beach, so nothing impedes that fantastic view. Access to the beach is also quite simple, with a pedestrian crossing at Hwy 98 and a beach ramp winding its way to the sand.
The newly built, 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex has a simple design maximizing comfort and space. Entirely on the ground level, you will never need to walk up a set of stairs.
