A single family home, this property is situated all on one level and features a screened deck that stretches across the entire width of the home. An outdoor dining space is available for your evening meals watching the sunset.
There are views from nearly every room inside and there’s no better place to enjoy the breeze than on that screened deck. The Beach House is a wonderful gathering place for your family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an open floor plan. It is also located near the Indian Pass boat ramp and the ever-popular Indian Pass Raw Bar. With equal distance to Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, shopping and dining are just a short drive away while the peaceful Indian Pass Beach is just outside your doorstep.
