House was very clean and kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils needed for a family of 6 to cook. We did have an issue with the washer that we called about 3 times and went unresolved while we were there but other than that it was pretty good. It would have been nice to have access to the garage to store the kids beach toys at night but we ended up leaving them on the porch. One night, a few items were taken from us that were left out on the porch but they were cheap so not to worried. The rest of the time we had rinsed off the toys and bags, let them mostly dry, and brought them inside. If we had access to a garage we would have been able to let them dry in there. We were aware that we were not going to have access but wanted to share in case anyone needed some feedback prior to booking. Would also recommend getting a house that includes bikes or golf cart or both. Again, we knew this rental did not have those items but when those are included, it makes it much easier to get back and forth to the beach with all your beach gear as its almost too far to walk if you are taking a lot of beach gear. Overall it was a good place and would have been great if this issue with the washer was resolved. We only took minimal clothes with us, as our plan was to wash our clothes every few days and wear again. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved the week we were there
