Equally distanced between Veteran’s Memorial Park in St. Joe Beach and the Eastern/Central Time Zone separating Bay and Gulf Counties and backed up to privately owned timberland with the gorgeous white sand beaches a short walk away; leisure and recreation are available at your fingertips.

A 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home serves as a convenient home base. The peacefulness of its quiet location makes reaching for that book you’ve wanted to read much easier but couldn’t make the time at home. Mexico Beach boat ramp is a couple of miles down the road; pull the boat down and access open gulf waters in no time. When the day of fishing is done, bring the boat back to the house to clean and park under the house. Take an afternoon stroll with the kids to the park, share a little history at the Veteran’s Wall, and then let them loose on the playground. Or the obvious, pack a cooler and chair and probably SPF 50+ and spend the day building sandcastles and splashing the day away on the gorgeous shores of St. Joe Beach.

Once inside this home, the living space is arranged all on one level, creating a comfortable area for family and pets to make the most of time spent with one another. Two of the three bedrooms come equipped with a TV, and the living room has a large flat screen for evening movies or fall football.

So much to do away from home; you’re going to need an extended period when traveling on vacation!
