Conveniently arranged all on one level, the four bedrooms and two separate living areas are nicely spread out maximizing your comfort. You’ll never know this is a 1st tier home with the closeness of the views from multiple interior rooms. If you’re one of our many outdoor travelers, Treasure Road, is ideal for you as well with 3 different decks, one open, and the enormous space under the house. There is ample parking for your boat making it simple and easy to get out on whichever waterway you choose. If diving in the water closer to home is more appealing, then you’re in luck with the private pool. Don’t sweat to death trying to get a tan. Lay out in the sun shelf and stay cool and refreshed. Floor Plan: Ground Level – covered/paved parking, outdoor shower and private pool. First Level – living room with fantastic gulf views, access to open & covered deck, TV and DVD player; kitchen with lots of countertop space & cabinets and laundry room; dining area with great view; additional living room with gulf views, TV, DVD player and entrance onto covered deck; full bath with shower/tub combo, Bedroom 1 – gulf view bedroom with queen bed and covered deck; Bedroom 2– 1 twin bed, 1 bunk set and entrance onto covered deck; Bedroom 3 – 2 twin beds and entrance onto covered deck; and Bedroom 4 – master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet and master bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo.

Beautiful home close to the beach, there were biting flies on the beach so that was a bummer, property could’ve been cleaner on arrival, but overall we had a great time.

We had a wonderful wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It is really well set up for families with kids. There is a large, quiet master closet that is plenty big enough for a pack n play for a baby. Two living areas was PERFECT to give kids and adults a little separation. The kitchen was large and easy to navigate. It was very comfortable to stay in as a large group. The only few negatives, and I'm nitpicking, were that the pool was not super clean when we got there, and the outdoor furniture was plastic and old. It also really needs a 3rd bathroom, or at least a door to the master bathroom from the kitchen so that everyone in the house can use it. And shower enclosure for the outdoor shower would also help to that end, as someone could shower outside. Otherwise, it was a wonderful wonderful stay in a beautiful private section of beach. We brought all of our own food and were completely socially distanced. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

The home is gorgeous and tastefully decorated. It's warm, open, and has a great floor plan. The view makes you feel like you are beachfront and it's an easy walk to the beach. We loved having the pool as we had several double red flag days. The noise off of the road behind the house was fairly loud, but was a fair trade-off for proximity the beach.

The house is beautifully decorated and the close proximity to the beach was great. We probably won't rent again because we didn't like the brown beach water. Other than that it was a fun, relaxing time with family.

My only issue with this property is that it has 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms. I wish it had an extra 0.5 or 1 bathrooms. This is not a deal breaker however. Everything else was superb. The house is very nice and well maintained. I really enjoy the open concept of the kitchen and living room. The pool is excellent. The beach is very close and that is awesome. Overall the house is great.

315 Treasure Road - Excellent Great house. Great layout. Good separation of Master Suite from other areas, so early risers and night owls donâ€™t disturb each other. Two TV/sitting areas. Big pool size for a rental. Very good Gulf view and quick beach access. Very clean. Quality furnishings. Stocked well. Definitely would stay here again. We love the area.

Beautiful home!

Treasure Road is a beautiful home! Great location and short walk to the beach. Home was very clean & spacious. Loved the pool and outdoor areas. We would absolutely stay here again and appreciated Heather at Pristine for getting us in last minute! Just be sure to bring the essentials... toilet paper, there was only 1 roll per bathroom, no paper towels or dish/hand soap for kitchen. We don't mind buying these things but would be nice to know ahead of time to arrive prepared. Thank goodness for short drive to Indian pass general store!
