Great place! Booked another stay while i was there! It was perfect. The house was well supplied and had great furnishings, silverware, dishes and everything one needed. We felt at home and ate very appreciative of the amenities offered. The bathrooms were amazing, the beds slept great and the lighting was great. Every was easy and was very pet friendly.

We arrived Saturday, microwave was not working, received replacement Wednesday, waiting Tuesday and Wednesday for the replacement. Cut into our beach time. Everything in the kitchen was cheap plastic, cups and plates. Terrible for the body and unusable in the microwave. Only had six plates and six salad plates for a property that slept 11. And the frying pan (1), was so scratched up you’d be taking your life in your hands if you used it. Luckily my sister brought her aluminum pans. Not a single condiment not even salt and pepper. Usually there is a plethora of spices left by previous renters. I have never rented a place that didn’t supply hairdryers. The living room sectional was outdoor furniture, totally uncomfortable and no throw pillows were provided. Brought down the loft pillows and that helped. The dining room table had only four chairs. The space could accommodate a larger table with 6-8 chairs. There were four bar stools but we couldn’t eat together at one table. The rooms had one king, one queen and a double bed which is smaller than a queen. So the listing is incorrect.The beach was a short walk and there was a crosswalk that was appreciated. Bring a wagon for your beach supplies. The beach was very beautiful and the sand was like sugar. I think I prefer renting from a person instead of a corp bc they would have responded more quickly on the weekend and taken care of the microwave more quickly as well I think, the house was ok but I wouldn’t rent it again

We enjoyed staying at Amy’s. We were very happy with the accommodations and amenities. We have a very large family and we needed the parking space for boat and vehicles. Our college age grandchildren had to drive one on one because of their schedules and going home at different times. I would recommend 7 Magnolia.

Great place to Stay: This home was so roomy and comfortable. A beautiful patio area outside was also enjoyed. We only had to walk across the street from the house to the beach. I would stay here again, and I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Perfect home. Layout of the house was fabulous. Kitchen was well stocked with amenities. House was clean and ready for our weekend. Spacious areas to rest, nap and lounge. Plenty of parking as we had 3 daughters coming from different areas plus boyfriends, and our boat and trailer. Wonderful fenced in yard for our dogs to stretch their legs and enjoy some sunshine.We will be renting again.

One room was listed as having a trundle bed, but that wasn’t the case. It was an oversized decorative twin size couch. AC has difficulty cooling the additional rooms that are near the garage. When I called about it, I was told I would be charged if a service call was made to check the AC. I was shocked that as the guest I would have to pay for that. We decided to just deal with it and bought a fan to help cool the additional rooms. However, we enjoyed our stay and the location! Nice home that was very clean. We would stay here again.

7 Magnolia: The house is spacious and was very clean on arrival. They had plenty of towels for each bath and a good supply of all starter items in laundry, bath ,kitchen. We had a small issue with the AC not cooling very well and the management sent someone out promptly to check it. The only issue we had is the living room furniture. It is very sparse, only having an outdoor type sofa that is not comfortable at all for sitting and watching TV. I feel a house that offers week stays for 10-11 people should invest in some more substantial seating. Otherwise it is a great house in a great location with very easy beach access.

I love Mexico Beach!: We had a wonderful vacation this week! The Sunshine Vacation Rental was very nice to work with. They were quick to respond with any answers or needs. The home we rented was perfect for our family. Mexico Beach is our new favorite. Our family owned a home for many years on 30A and we have fond memories but we won't be going back. Downtown Port St. Joe also provided a great family atmosphere and food too!!

If I could give it 10 stars I would! My family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding! She got married in Windmark just a short drive away. We have our own house in CSB but is currently condemned from erosion, so we know the importance of how it should make you feel! It far exceeded all our expectations. This house made us feel at home from the layout, bedrooms and even the backyard! Bonus for having it fenced in for our fur baby!!The proximity to the beach is phenomenal! I cannot say enough good things about this property! Thank you for sharing your space for others to enjoy! The past week was stressful and beautiful (wedding) and this house gave me the comfort and downtime this mama needed

The best parts of our stay were proximity to the sandy beach (just a few doors down), and permission to bring the dog. The outside patio area that surrounds the cottage is fenced and gated, which is added security for dogs and kids. Beautiful hedges enclose the back patio area, but no lawn/play space. Thank you!

We had a great time here. House was convenient to the beach and was immaculate when we arrived. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Loved the back yard and porch.

Updated and very spacious. Room above garage was perfect for my younger grandchildren. Loved the short walk to the beach. Only negative was the very early 9am checkout time. It ruined our last night bc we packed and went to bed early so we could be out by 9am

Magnolia 7 is beautiful! It was a perfect house for our family of 7. We wanted a relaxing beach location, and this fit the bill perfectly. The beautiful, white sandy beaches were literally right across the street. Sunsets were gorgeous. We also loved that this property was dog friendly. We did have some issues with the washer/dryer, but they were upfront with us and responded in a timely manner to get it resolved. One has to be aware that this property is right on a time zone between Eastern and Central, so when making dinner reservations one must be cognizant of that. We would definitely return to this location in the future!
