Loved the view and how close to the beach this property sits! It was very clean and comfortable. I loved having access to chairs, cart, etc. The only downside to this property is all the stairs that may be a challenge for elderly or very young children. This is a 3 level home so all groceries and luggage has to come in via stairs. We loved our stay at this beautiful property!

The property is in a great location to the beach so not too much lugging of beach chairs, etc. We brought our own chairs, an umbrella and beach towels but found that the property had them already for you to use. I even rented a beach cart but found that the property also had one of those. I would suggest checking with the owner to see what they have on site. The property was extremely comfortable, with all of the amenities you would need. I also found the property to be extremely clean and very nicely decorated, comfortable furniture, beds, couches etc. I would mention that there are lots of stairs, not a problem for me but if you have weak knees or hip issues it could become difficult.We had issues with opening the locker door but the management company responded very quickly.I loved staying at this property, and will hopefully return.

We loved the location as it was a short walk to the beach and nearby stores, coffee, and sweet treats. Very clean and had beach necessities provided. She was quick to respond when needed.

It should be noted that this place has beach equipment in the storage room to use. It wasn’t called out in the details of the listing, so we rented equipment. Had we known that there was beach equipment there it would have saved us some money. One of the beach chairs was broken when we looked at them. Also the room with the bunkbed tv doesn’t really play things. We tried to stream Netflix on there, and it didn’t work. But it was a very good place to stay, and right on the beach! We would stay there again

We had a lovely time here. The place was super comfy, the location proximity to the beach was amazing and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves lap against the beach and the pelicans dive bomb for food. All of the rooms were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great beach vacation.

The condo is very nice. The view from the balcony is great and beach access is easy. Not a dealbreaker for us but there are around 33 stairs from the entrance to the living room. I’d recommend taking a baby gate if you’re bringing a toddler.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described in the listing and was very clean and well maintained. The owners provided plenty of beach chairs and other beach supplies, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The beach was just a short walk away, and the ocean view from the property was beautiful. Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

WOW— what a beautiful rental! It was truly hard to leave here after our week vacation. Beautiful home, CLEAN, gorgeous decor, SO close to the beach, 10/10 recommend! We had the best time and we’ve already booked our next stay! Communication was also top tier! :)

Perfect location in Mexico Beach and a short walk to the beach with no major highways to cross. Condo was beautifully decorated and had wonderful ocean views from the living room/kitchen. The beach gear included was a pleasant surprise, particularly the beach cart which hauled all of our gear in one trip.

great location. super close to the beach. umbrellas, chairs etc. we stayed 6 nights. had to bring trash bags, dish soap, laundry stuff, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner. closest store is 30 minutes away, beware. Get mosquito spray and lots of tanning lotion. My dad enjoyed fishing, buy the permit and bring everything with you. House is clean. there was 6 of us, could fit 2 more. (4 adults+2 children). bedrooms on the 2 level , living room+ kitchen 3rd. if you have small children there is no gates, your child can easily fall off the 2nd or 3rd floor. toaster, blender, coffee maker provided. stayed in C apartment. for the grill get your own disposable trays and stuff.

Loved this property! Cute, clean, and great view! Only a short walk to the beach and shops. The outdoor closet was filled with everything we needed for the beach as well as a wagon! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. Would not recommend for people who have trouble navigating stairs as there are a lot.

Beautiful newer townhouse set back 4 lots from the beach. The set up was very spacious for our family of 4. Lots of great beach gear was included which was great. Mexico beach is a wonderful getaway for those looking for a more quiet, less commercialized destination.A couple of suggestions for the rental company that maintains the unit: provide more dishwasher soap (2 tabs for a weeks stay isn’t quite enough) and some salt and pepper in the kitchen.

We enjoyed staying here so much last year that we decided to return this year. The place is great for our family of 5, particularly how close the place is to the beach and to the surrounding shops and food trucks. The house provided lots of beach items that we were able to put to good use. We hope to return in the future.

The home was clean and tidy, and looked just like the photographs. The beach is just steps away. Don't worry about bringing or buying beach toys for the kids, they have a closet stocked with tons of sand toys, chairs, a great wagon and even fishing gear. Our family had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location to the beach was perfect. You actually felt like you were right on the beach. The view from the condo was great. The condo was clean and tidy and the location felt safe. We didn’t really cook any so I can’t comment on the supply of cooking utensils. The amount of beach items they had chairs etc was really nice but unfortunately we had brought ours with us. We would stay here again.

This place is a super short walk to beautiful white sand beaches that aren’t crowded. Sunsets were amazing and sunrises were nice too. This house is immaculate! And wonderfully decorated! The 2 balconies are so serene and peaceful. The closet of beach gear has everything you would need. Sandcastle making equipment, a cooler, chairs, and a cart to walk it to the beach too!Mexico Beach is a quiet gem! The gift shops and coffee shop are adorable and have yummy food at reasonable prices. If you want the hustle and bustle of the city—it’s a quick 40 minute drive or so. Thank you for the great vacation!

Great location close to the beach and very clean. They had plenty of beach gear to borrow which was very convenient. You may want to bring blankets if you need more than a sheet and coverlet at night.

Great location. The beach was very quiet which was probably reflective of the time we were there. The stairs became a challenge by the end of the week but were a great daily workout. Would recommend this location. We will be back!

Mexico Beach, Florida, has been our beach destination for 30 years. The months of April/May are just perfect. Amy's place had everything we needed to enjoy our stay: beach chairs, fishing equipment, beach toys/rafts, and a beach cart to tote it all. There is plenty of parking, only 1/2 block to the beach. There are a lot of stairs with bedrooms on the 2nd level and kitchen/living on the top level. We are 70+, so getting groceries and bags upstairs is more of a challenge. Thank you, Amy, for a lovely place. We'll come back when there's an elevator!

We were there for a week and it was very nice. Spent most of the days there and on the beach and evenings out for dinner. Eating spots were limited and a little drive time, but not real bad at all. The facility was very nice and clean. No complaints at all about the place. Only contacted Amy one time and she got back to us quickly.

I was surprised at how large the living, kitchen, and bedrooms were. Lots of places to sit rest eat and watch the Gulf from the balconies off of the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen was well stocked for any kind of cooking I wanted to do. Unfortunately there was not very many places to eat out at. took allot of daytrips to sight see and grab a great lunch at restaurants in the near by towns. I had everything I needed to fix a light dinner at night sit back watch the wave action on the beach or kick back and watch tv. The ability to park was super convenient well worth it

Our stay was great! My sister was recently diagnosed with cancer in May and this had been the perfect get away for our girls trip. The location and views were breathtaking. The condo was extremely clean and I loved all the house decor!

The place is exactly as described. Short walk to the beach, seems even closer than advertised. Plenty of pillows, blankets, beach toys, towels. Heads up - the kitchen is on the top floor so keep that in mind with groceries. You'll have to carry them up 2 flights of stairs but the view is well well worth it. I highly recommend renting!
