A Tropical Breeze

The property was outstanding with ideal access to an extremely private beach. Just steps away! The home was very well laid out with ample space for 2 families and the beds were extremely comfortable. If you love to cook, this is the home for you! They are equipped with everything you could think of and more!!! There was also a room on the ground level with everything you could need for the beach, including extra flip flops and life jackets! We would rent this place 100x over. Can’t wait to return to one of our favorite spots!! Thanks again for an amazing stay!!

Our original booking was double booked and we were switched to this place for no additional cost. It was beautiful, super clean and well stocked. We had stayed here in the past and I think they did a few upgrades and it’s so very nice. We definitely would rent again!

Very nice place with a quite setting and I Highly recommend! However, plan your meals and bring with you as the handful of restaurants get so busy in the afternoon that you cannot even get close enough to find out how long the wait is:-)

We are in love with this beach house. It is perfectly located on the beautiful white sands of the gulf. This house has an elevator which makes unloading and getting groceries to the kitchen and suitcases to the bedrooms a breeze. The house is beautifully decorated and includes two decks. The kitchen is better equipped in my kitchen at home. Our family members are beach people and are always anxious to get to the pristine white sands right across the boardwalk, steps from this house. In late afternoon we have the best view of the sunset. The owners provide many beach chairs and other sand toys. There are few pleasures that our family enjoys more than tropical breeze

We loved our stay at A Tropical Breeze. The house is ocean front and has beautiful views. Roni, the owner and gracious host has thought of everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. She goes out of her way to make sure you are having a great vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped, lots of games, books and puzzles to keep you entertained. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying in “A Tropical Breeze.” The home is beautifully decorated and also very comfortable and made us feel right at home. We had 7 adults and 3 children so everyone was well accommodated and all of the beds were very comfortable. There were even bathrooms for every bedroom plus a half bath on the main floor. We loved that there were not only 8 chairs at the dining table but also 5 chairs at the bar right beside the table so everyone was able to eat together. The views were amazing and the decks were so large with lots of comfortable seating. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need! There’s even a pantry that we were able to put our groceries in so we didn’t have to leave everything out on the counters. The elevator helped so much with sending up luggage and groceries. The home has lots of games, cards and dvds for rainy days. There were very nice beach chairs for our use and many beach toys as well. The beach was just steps away and the ocean in that area was amazing. That was the farthest north we had ever stayed on the cape and I couldn’t believe how much nicer the water was. It was so calm that it was like a lake all week and so clear that we could see right through it. Everyone kept saying that this was their favorite house. We had the best vacation ever and can’t wait to stay here again and make many more memories. The owner is so kind and so easy to work with. She even checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much Mrs. Pridemore for sharing your home with us! We will be back!

We usually spend our summer vacations in the mountains of Colorado so this was a new experience for most of us. We were not disappointed. Beautiful house, beautiful beach and water, plenty of room to spread out and the snorkeling was awesome. Great place to stay.

The property was gorgeous with terrific views. We did not have the best weather but made the most of it. The owners were very personable and made sure we had everything we needed. They even shared tips on places to go, things to do and places to eat.

I’ve been visiting and vacationing in SW Florida for over 20 years. This was my first visit and stay in the Panhandle and Cape San Blas. We stayed at A Tropical Breeze for 5 nights with immediate family (parent, siblings, children, and grandchildren). The beach house was so spacious and we all had our own bedroom and private bathrooms. The elevator was especially helpful for moving luggage in and out and for my elderly mother to have easy access to go outdoors. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and dishware and cookware that you will need for making your own meals. There is also a gas grill for cooking outside. I would definitely recommend staying at a Tropical Breeze for your next family vacation. The house sits right on the beach (with a short walk over the dunes to get to it). They have plenty of outdoor chairs for use by the guests and an enclosed lanai on both floors with plenty of seating for relaxation and visiting. The views of the sunset are pretty spectacular also! There is plenty of indoor activities for cooler or rainy days with DVD’s, board games and books. We made such special memories with our family during our stay and look forward to coming back for another visit in the future.

The well stocked kitchen is the best we have ever had and we rent homes yearly for over 30 years! We only ate at Coneheads, Longbills and The Seafood Grill ( over in Apalachicola) all were delicious.

Extremely nicely furnished and the kitchen items were labeled and well appointed. The elevator was most helpful when we were moving the luggage. You can tell this property is well loved. It was a pleasure staying here and will definitely rent it again!

The property is amazing! The house is right on the beach with tons of space for the family to spread out. We enjoyed morning coffee on the big screened in porch, heading over the dune to hunt for shells along the beach, building sand castles with the kids, and walking down to Cone Heads for ice cream, fried fish and piña coladas. The master bed rooms were very comfortable, with beautiful views every morning. The elevator was also surprisingly handy for getting bags up and down. To top it off, Roni, the homeowner, was super responsive and accommodating. All in all, it was a wonderful experience for our entire family group. Thanks again Roni!

Probably the best experience we’ve had with a beach rental! The house is perfectly set up for two families but can easily hold a 3rd. It has two masters, both with breathless views. It was our first visit to Cape San Blas. It felt very exclusive. Love that you can have a fire on the beach. If you prefer less crowds and what felt like a private beach this is your place. The owner Roni & management company were unbelievable. We will definitely be back!

Three families (5 adults with 4 kids under 7) loved this house. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, glasses. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Best of all the house is steps from the beach. Loved it.

What a great trip to the Cape and A Tropical Breeze. This house is amazing...so much space and it has everything you need. So clean it feels as if it is brand new. The beach was perfect and the State Park, just steps from the house, was so much fun to explore. Roni was such a great host, quick to answer any question offered so much advice on fishing and on things to do in the area. We will be back!

I LOVED this house! Great location (walking distance to Coneheads and the new restaurant). There are condos nearby but it was fun seeing all the dogs and you still have a private area behind the house. It was perfect. Also the kitchen was amazing. Well stocked. I recently stayed somewhere that didn’t even have a salt shaker. This is not that place.  The essentials (and more) are waiting for you. And the owner was very accessible and helpful. We will definitely look to book this property again.

This was our first time spending Christmas away from home and we could not have had a better experience. My 4 children loved the bunk room and all the books and board games. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for us to prepare a Christmas dinner. My husband and I enjoyed breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. I could not recommend this property more. What an amazing way to close out 2020!

We stayed here after Christmas and the house is SO nice! Very clean, spacious, everything you could need in the kitchen, all appliances are nice and in great condition. Roni, the owner, is absolutely lovely to talk to and communicate with! We will definitely be back soon!

Our house was so lovely and convenient! All was comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The sunsets from the porches were so beautiful and even though the water was cold, we could not have picked a better place to stay for a get-away. Cape San Blas is just beautiful in November and very few people there. We found some great restaurants with outside seating and places to get the best take out. We got bikes to ride, pickle courts and wonderful shells on the beach. The only drawback was we were not prepared for the flies on the beach that time of year. If you are walking in the water, they don't bother you but some days it was difficult to sit on the beach. Other than that, I would recommend this house and Cape San Blas!

The house was fantastic. Had plenty of cookware and dinnerware for a large group of people and had everything you need for the cook masters in your group. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The owners and property managers were very friendly and available for any assistance. Would definitely recommend this rental to friends.

We have been coming to the Cape for many years. This was the best equipped kitchen I have seen! Loved the layout of kitchen to family area. And really.... I don't think I can stay anywhere else now that doesn't have an elevator!!! The owners even left super soft blankets to snuggle in while watching the very nice BIG TV!! Great Vacation!!!

You couldn’t ask for a better place to escape to! Cape San Blas is really special and ATB has everything you needed! Views were incredible, beach accessories on point, and easy process all around. If you’re looking for a quiet get a way, this is a great place. Only a handful of restaurants, a couple stores, and miles of beautiful gulf white sand. House had basics for first few days (TP, paper towels, etc) but make sure to bring extra if your staying a while. Book with confidence!

We had a great time at A Tropical Breeze! The home was beautiful and every detail was taken care of. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space throughout the house. While there are several steps to climb to get to the beach, it is well worth it when you get there! We basically had the beach to ourselves the entire week. We will definitely be back!

I can't rave enough about this wonderful beach house and the awesome location! There were seven of us and we stayed for a week. We loved it so much! - There are tables and many chairs on both decks with nice, clean cushions. The screened-in deck is a safe place for our little one, and the upper deck has a great view (it even has hummingbird feeders). - The spacious bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The master bathroom is incredible -- a huge walk-in shower, a jacuzzi, a large vanity with two sinks, lots of room and lots of sunlight. - The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, gas logs and a big TV. - The dining area has an enormous table! We really put that to good use. - The kitchen looks out over the whole room and out all the windows for wonderful views while cooking. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with quality equipment -- probably the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen at the Cape, and we've been renting houses there for over 20 years. We like to buy fresh seafood and cook there at the house all week and this is the perfect place for that. - And the elevator... what can I say. No more carrying suitcases and groceries up stairs! Yes! - Outside: plenty of parking space, shower with hot water, a nice Weber gas grill, logs for a beach fire, chairs and picnic table. - A nice boardwalk to the awesome beach, which you begin to feel is your own private beach. - The owner contacted us directly and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you, Roni! - We fell in love with A Tropical Breeze and look forward to staying there again!

A Tropical Breeze is a very lovely house on a beautiful stretch of beach. We loved the screened in porch and the view of the beach from the top deck. The house had a very well equipped kitchen and very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. It is a house that starts to feel like home!

What a great property for a family get away! We thoroughly enjoyed our time together at A Tropical Breeze. This beachfront house was well appointed, comfortable, well maintained and the elevator was a ‘must’ for one member of our family. Sunset views from the top deck were breathtaking! We loved the quiet beach with plenty of open space for the grands to play. And, I managed to catch sight of a dolphin playing in the surf who jumped completely out of the water several times! Our entire family loved our visit to Cape San Blas and A Tropical Breeze was the perfect place for us to make great memories!
