Barrier Dunes 215 - 32

Location of this place is wonderful! You can see the beach from the deck off the living room. Great family friendly area. Neighborhood was quiet, our kids enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood via the bike rental company. Kids enjoyed sleeping up in the lofted area with the 3 twin beds. When we arrived we had a little hiccup with our hot water. But, they sent someone out within hours and it was fixed! Didn’t have any other issues. This is the first property I’ve stayed at that requires to physically pickup and key to access the property. It wasn’t an inconvenience as it was on the direct path to the condo. Just different! :) We went to the state park, explored the “Stunp hole area” (google it) for shells. Lots of larger shells! Would stay here again!

Love Barrier Dunes! Gated community, well managed, clean and family friendly. Our place was spotless, well decorated and well maintained. The couches are due for an upgrade but I still give it 5 stars. Beach and pool were super close to the condo.

The place was great! Super quick walk to the beach. Close enough to come back and forth when needing something/food. It had everything we needed. Great size living/dining/kitchen area. My family was very comfortable. The loft bedroom would only be suitable for younger (or maybe shorter 😆) children. I have two teens and neither could comfortably fit up there, but we were able to bring a mattress down and they shared the other room which worked out great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is private and beautiful. Everyone we met was kind. Super dog friendly area. I feel like more people had dogs than those who didn’t. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

We loved our stay here. Cape San Blas is a beautiful, relaxing, and uncrowded gem on the Florida coast. The condo is steps away from the beach and the pool. As the pictures show you can see the beach/ocean from the main deck and the upstairs deck. The condo has lots of space: a great kitchen and living room that connect to the deck, two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a loft with three beds, and two additional half baths. Great condo set up - 3 floors with lots of space and beds were comfortable. Lots of kitchenware, games, some sand stuff. We also used VayK for renting beach chairs and an umbrella, great service. Pristine Properties does a great job communicating and keeping up the condo. Beach is beautiful - soft sand, uncrowded, great sunsets. Highly recommend!

I would have liked to see more comfortable living room furniture. The wicker chairs were not comfortable and made it hard for everyone to watch a movie. The place was very nice and clean though and we had a great time. The furniture wasn’t a huge deal, just something to think about.

The property was clean and covenant. Just steps away from the most beautiful beach in Florida ;-) The community still has some homes that are under reconstruction but we thought it would be much worse, given the strength of the hurricane .
