There's no place quite like Barrier Dunes! This peaceful gated community offers everything your family needs to make their vacation memorable. Play tennis, swim in one of two pools, one of which looks out onto the beach. Maybe you would like to go down to one of the fish filled ponds to fish. Boardwalks lead you out to the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Barrier Dunes is also adjacent to the St Joseph Peninsula State Park and is at the Northernmost tip of The Cape, home to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy the views and the very short walk to the beach in this 2 bedroom unit that also includes a bonus, top floor sleeping loft.

Floor Plan: Ground level-covered, paved parking and foyer. 1st level – Living Room with sleeper sofa, TV, DVD/VCR player, iPod dock and furnished deck; kitchen, dining area and half bath. 2nd level – Bedroom 1 – king bed, TV, DVD/VCR, full bath with shower only and a gulf view deck; laundry closet and Bedroom 2 – 1 queen bed, full bath with shower/tub combo and small gulf view deck. 3rd level – bonus sleeping loft with 3 twin beds and half bath.

We had a wonderful stay for Fall Break. The location is super close to the pool and ocean. The house had everything we needed while we were there!

The place was great! Super quick walk to the beach. Close enough to come back and forth when needing something/food. It had everything we needed. Great size living/dining/kitchen area. My family was very comfortable. The loft bedroom would only be suitable for younger (or maybe shorter ?) children. I have two teens and neither could comfortably fit up there, but we were able to bring a mattress down and they shared the other room which worked out great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is private and beautiful. Everyone we met was kind. Super dog friendly area. I feel like more people had dogs than those who didn’t. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

We loved our stay here. Cape San Blas is a beautiful, relaxing, and uncrowded gem on the Florida coast. The condo is steps away from the beach and the pool. As the pictures show you can see the beach/ocean from the main deck and the upstairs deck. The condo has lots of space: a great kitchen and living room that connect to the deck, two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a loft with three beds, and two additional half baths. Great condo set up - 3 floors with lots of space and beds were comfortable. Lots of kitchenware, games, some sand stuff. We also used VayK for renting beach chairs and an umbrella, great service. Pristine Properties does a great job communicating and keeping up the condo. Beach is beautiful - soft sand, uncrowded, great sunsets. Highly recommend!

I would have liked to see more comfortable living room furniture. The wicker chairs were not comfortable and made it hard for everyone to watch a movie. The place was very nice and clean though and we had a great time. The furniture wasn’t a huge deal, just something to think about.

Great place, awesome walking location to the beach and pool. We had a really great vacation, plenty of room for our group, the kids loved having the loft for their own space. The outdoor shower was broken but the hose worked.

The property was clean and covenant. Just steps away from the most beautiful beach in Florida ;-) The community still has some homes that are under reconstruction but we thought it would be much worse, given the strength of the hurricane .
