This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath nicely decorated townhome is located just 50 feet from one of the two pools available as well as the community tennis courts.  It is also within a short walking distance to the gulf front pool and one of the top rated beaches, Cape San Blas.  

Enjoy strolling along sugar white sands and watching Dolphins play in the emerald green water. Bring an end to the perfect day with some of the most spectacular sunsets seen. Everything needed to make the dream of a perfect vacation come true time & time again. Dogs are welcome.

Great condo, great location. Very spacious and good separation of the two upstairs bedrooms. Nice new outdoor shower and main level deck. Newer Weber grill was a bonus for cooking. Easy walk to beach and other amenities

The property is great. Very clean and well equipped . It was close to the pool which thrilled my five year old . The whole neighborhood is lovely. Will definitely stay again.

Great time at the Cape!
We had an amazing time! The condo had more than enough room for our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 teenager) and our golden retriever. It was well stocked and only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely look into staying here again!

Excellent Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our Spring Break. Internet connection was excellent. The additional parking for boats/trailers was greatly appreciated. Nice neighborhood with quick beach access. Great location under the house to park, shower off, clean fish. Easy access down from the state park. We would gladly stay here again.

Very pleased!
Our first time stay in Cape San blas was fantastic. The townhouse was very clean and not too far from the beach. We had no problems from any of the neighbors, everyone was very pleasant and kind. Thank you for letting our family make memories here.
