We loved our time at Mexico Beach and the stay in Beach Destiny. The property has an amazing view of the gulf, just a few steps away. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 4 and was very clean. This was our first time in Mexico Beach, but this may have become our new favorite place. It is quiet and relaxed. No high-rise buildings blocking the views and no crowded beaches. All in all we loved the property and the location, and hope to return again.

This is a very nice and comfortable condo. Very clean upon arrival. Appreciate having all the linens. Beds were comfortable. Right across the street from beach access. The view from this condo is absolutely perfect! There are times you look out, like from the kitchen or master bath, and you feel like you are right on the beach! The pool is not functional, and from the looks of it, hasn’t been for a while. We do understand this is an HOA issue, and not PP fault. We appreciate the kindness and promptness of Pristine Properties in helping us with one issue. This condo is very well managed.

My daughter and I booked this place somewhat last minute for her spring break. It was in a great location, convenient to local restaurants and entertainment. It was clean, very private and quiet. The condo itself far surpassed our expectations and had every "extra" you could imagine. Just a quick drive to St. George Island, Apalachicola and Port St. Joe! We would stay here again and again!

I loved this place. It was roomy, clean, comfortable, beautiful decorated and had an unbelievably, amazing view. The pool wasn’t ready for the season, but that didn’t bother us being right across the street from the beach. It’s a quiet beach town with not a lot to do. But that was ok with us. Bigger cities were within an hour’s drive. The steps weren’t too bad and we could tell they got easier day after day. We enjoyed it so much my husband joked that we should leave a bad review so it doesn’t start becoming overly popular and difficult to rent in the future. Haha.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice and fully equipped for everything we needed. Our one and only complaint is the pool was not operational. We booked the condo simply for the fact that it was close to the beach AND had a pool for our kids. Would have loved to have known this beforehand. Otherwise our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Short walk to the beach and to a gas station for any necessities.

The property was fully renovated, tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. The towels were thick and soft. The location was great with beautiful unobstructed views of the gulf and super easy beach access. The unit was very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. The cons: This is a 3rd floor condo with no elevator, which might be an issue for those with mobility issues. There are no doors on the master bathroom. The intercostal waterway empties into the gulf just west of the building which makes the water a little “brackish” or brown.

Just a quick comment, the Intercoastal Waterway is not connected to Mexico Beach in any way. What they are describing is water runoff from the canal systems in and around Mexico Beach. After heavy or long rains you will see the water that comes into the Gulf create a small pocket of brackish water due to the mixture of salt and fresh water. This is nothing new if you have to Mexico Beach before you have seen this. It also happens near the West end of Mexico Beach where the Gulf and the main canal connecting the Mexico Beach boat launch is located.

What a great stay! 2nd consecutive year that we’ve stayed in the same unit. Short, painless walk across a pretty slow two lane road to the beautiful beach. I recommend renting the beach chair and umbrella package with a cart and a cooler, we got our moneys worth and then some! I cooked most of our meals in that efficient kitchen also.

While there were so many aspects of the condo that were exceptional, there was one unsatisfactory condition that was a big disappointment - many times a day. No door on the master bathroom. Really?!

We enjoyed our stay in Mexico Beach. The condo is beautifully done and very comfortable. The porch view is awesome and it was so relaxing to sit out and listen to the waves. The complex is literally across the street from a public beach access point. It is a third floor walk up, but we knew in advance, and it was fine. There were four beach chairs in the condo for use, which was handy. Mexico Beach is a quiet beach community and is slowly recovering from a catastrophic hurricane. We enjoyed many of the activities that are available and we loved the beach and we liked that there was a pool available. The water at Mexico Beach is not the emerald water of PCB and Destin (we did drive over to PCB twice), but it was clear most days and it is a nice beach experience.

Lights that were on in the back where the stairs are are lit up so bright that our kids couldn't sleep in their room. Also we had one neighbor that was quite rude by talking about our kids because they were being loud. My son has a touch of autism and sometimes he can't help not being loud. Other than that it was great.

We recently stayed here and it is a beautiful condo for sure however I feel it should be noted there is a lot of road traffic noise as it is literally only 100 feet from US 98. Hot water could be a little hotter in Master shower. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating for eating. Kitchen is amazing! Would have liked a small bottle of dish soap. It was nice to have a washer/dryer combo in unit. Tons of storage throughout condo.

We stay on 3rd floor and the only way to get upstairs just walking up the stairs. Especially if you have so much stuffs to carried and the only concern. Place very quite and less traffic.

This unit is brand new inside, and they did a fantastic job in their choices of furniture, finishes, and decorating. Clean, open, fresh feel — better than the pictures, I thought. We loved the counter-height table and now plan to get one in our own MB condo (being rehabbed) based on liking this one. Everything in MB is still in the process of getting cleaned up on the outside, so we didn’t expect the exterior to be spic & span yet. Parking is in the back. The unit is on the middle of the 3rd floor. There is a spigot right outside the door for rinsing off feet if needed. When we arrived we found plenty of towels, hand soap and shower soap, a small amount of dishwasher soap and washing machine soap to get us started, a kitchen sponge, one pod of Folgers coffee, and one toilet paper in each bathroom. We were glad we brought coffee filters and paper towels with us. We loved how clean and new and stylish and comfortable the whole unit is — it’s really a nice place — and being right across the street from the beach with no visible barrier at all was a real treat. Easy to watch those famous Mexico beach sunsets.

The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. We would love to stay there again. My only complaint is that the stairs to the third floor are rough on a 66 year old grandma and my granddaughters were very disappointed that the pool was not yet functional.

If I was just rating the condo itself I would say, This was a beautiful, very spacious, immaculately decorated condo and great views (but needs palm trees trimmed to take in entire view from deck). The downside of this particular condo is, we were unaware no elevator and on third floor, we were Expecting a pool, but was not operational (we were offered to use another pool, but inconvenient when supposed to have one at this property) no grill and the landscape was terrible. It was full of weeds and not worth the amount paid to stay at this property at this time.

Unfortunately the pool and much of the overall grounds surrounding the building are still in-process of repair from Hurricane Michael.  However please note that this property has never had an elevator, has never been advertised as having an elevator, and this unit is on the 3rd floor.  Please be prepared to walk the mere three flights of stairs.

They opened up the nasty drain in the middle of stay and made the ocean so nasty. No elevator for a 3 floor building should be ILLEGAL! We liked the actual condo inside but too difficult to stay there going up and down those stairs everyday. NOT GOOD

We're glad to hear you liked the interior of this particular unit.  I believe the comments referring to the "nasty drain" are a storm water runoff from the interior of Mexico Beach that is about 1/8 of mile down the beach and at times, not very frequently, will connect to the Gulf mixing fresh and salt water creating brackish colored water.  This can carry to the east or the west depending on the current that day and with this property being in close proximity it would definitely see that.  Again this is a rare situation but not anything new to someone who has stayed in the area with in the last 40 years.  While we can't find any reason it would be illegal, this unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so please be advised or simply read the description and amenities for the property.

The property was beautiful and the view from the top floor was amazing however with it being on the 3rd floor there was no elevator and the stairs were very narrow. Also there was a set of bunk beds rather than twin beds...we were 4 adult in our group. Older adults.

This place was truly amazing, it was beautiful and steps from the beach. If thinking about renting just remember to bring all household items, like trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, things like that. There is a few stores close by though. It does have two pull out couches which is perfect. Also, bring a few extra blankets, sheets and pillows were in the house but no extra blankets. Over all a 10 out of 10 and had everything for my family and I.
