We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! The house itself and the property were both very nice, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere and location.The only things we did not particularly like were the metal spiral staircase, which was a little inconvenient, and the fact that the master bedroom did not have its own air conditioning. The downstairs room had air conditioning, but the master bedroom would definitely be more comfortable with a dedicated AC unit. Thankful we brought our fan from home to help keep us cooler at night.Overall, it was a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay and the pool!

The beach is super close. There aren't a lot of restaurants near by so be prepared to drive a little ways if you want to go somewhere nice. This is a place you go if you want lots o peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our vacation. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded! The house was very well equipped. We loved the front porch, we spent mornings and evenings in this space. We also enjoyed the pool! The only downside was the spiral staircase, but we managed and knew about this in advance.

The house was amazing! The distance to the beach was minimal and the pool was the perfect size for our kids to play in. The open kitchen and living room concept made it easy to navigate meals and entertainment. The spiral stair case was really cool. The bedroom sizes were perfect for our families needs.

House was very nice and clean. Just a short walk to the beach. Loved sitting out on the screened in deck on the swing. The pool was very nice. It had been cleaned before our arrival but there had also been a storm which caused debris to get into the pool. I contacted the property manager and they got the pool guy out the next day to have it cleaned again for us. Just a lovely home and made our stay at St. Joe Beach wonderful! We can't wait to come back again!

Nice and clean. Decorated cute. Master and bathroom roomy. Pool was big enough for all of us. Nice screened porch with nice furniture on the front for morning and evening relaxing. Overall excellent choice. Close to the beach just a short walk. Beaches were great not over crowded. Pool is not heated and it was alittle chilly during our stay in may so we bought wetsuits. Fixed the problem and we got to enjoy the pool.

Pool was great but it was not heated so it stayed pretty cold even as the temp outside warmed up. It was March though with an unexpected cold front so it was all good , the kids didn’t care a bit! The Home was lovely and perfect for our family and was very clean upon arrival. Spiral staircase wasn’t the best but I expected that as it was shown in photos. It would have been nice to access the pool without going down the spiral staircase, maybe via the backyard gate or some other method. The location to the beach was AMAZING, a very easy walk, but crossing that highway 98 was a little difficult at times as it gets busy and there is no cross walk. Drive to town was further than I loved but personally we would rather that than being in a very busy area. Communication with the property manager was very easy. One thing we did notice was how hot it got in the house at night and we weren’t able to open the windows. A night or 2 we would end up in the living space with the porch door cracked to get some air in. All in all I think this is a great place for families looking for a low key get away!

Very quiet neighborhood and great location to beach. We didn’t quite connect in the pictures that the master bedroom’s access to the kitchen was up a spiral staircase. We saw it in the pictures but didn’t connect this was the main access to second floor. Sort of a pain but doable. Otherwise, we loved it! Very comfortable and kitchen well supplied for all needs.

Great Place: Really enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean and really nice colors and furnishings. Really just mere steps to the beach. Even though it was February and we did not get in the pool, the backyard and pool was beautiful. Big fenced in yard. Perfect for children and pets. A couple of things to lookout for is the outside step rails. We got multiple splinters. The spiral staircase inside is a little difficult to maneuver and bears will certainly get into your garbage. Overall this is a great place. You will certainly enjoy your stay. Glad we found it.
