Cape Haus is a great addition to the Pristine Properties’ inventory. A very desirable feature is that it is a single level home. There is a short set of stairs to enter the home and then everything inside is all on one level. This home has a very open floor with lots of living area. With windows lining the wall in the living room it allows for a bright, naturally lit interior. The house typically rents as a 3 bedroom (see Cape Haus), one of which is semi-private and open to the living room, but Cape Haus Extra includes the addition of a 4th bedroom on the ground level with full bath. To top this home off, there is a large screened porch on the backside of the home overlooking the pool and an open deck on the front with views of the Gulf. Reasonably priced, this home has it all, gorgeous furnishings, lots of room, a short walk to the beach, a perfect combination for a great family vacation.

Floor Plan: Ground Level – Lots of room under the house for covered, paved parking; Bedroom 4 - a bunk set, sleeper sofa, and full bathroom (4th bedroom completely separate from the rest of the house).  1st level – dining area, additional bar space, kitchen, entrance to the screened porch, living room with large flat screen TV, DVD and Bedroom 1 – a semi-private room with queen bed; den with sleeper sofa, Bedroom 2 – queen bed, flat screen TV/DVD, full bath with a walk-in closet with built-in organizers and shower only; laundry room, Bedroom 3 – queen bed and an entrance to screen porch; and full bath with shower/tub combo.

This is one of the best laces we have stayed in a long time. Very nice place well maintained and updated. Had a little issue with the dishwasher, not working very well, but it is a little older I think. Other than that it is a wonderful place and we will book it again next time we go down.

We really enjoyed our stay with Pristine Properties at the Cape Haus on Cape San Blas. An absolutely beautiful place and location. The staff were exceptional and easy to communicate with. The house and grounds were amazing. We loved the easy access to the beach, the local stores, and restaurants located nearby. Kids loved the pool.
We plan to book again and look forward to our next visit.

Very close to beach. Just a pity the pool was cold and not heated especially for the time we stayed - but must be lovely during the heat of summer.
Also would have helped if there was salt and pepper and basic condiments.

Lovely house at a lovely location. The home was spacious and clean and had a great personality. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen was small but efficient, with all of the necessary appliances, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, etc. Note that you will need to bring all of your basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) The outdoor area was great for recreation & dining, with a large screened porch overlooking the pool with two separate sitting/dining areas. There was also plenty of space at the ground level, with two picnic tables, lounge chairs (next to the pool), and both gas and charcoal grills. We very much liked that there were small general stores within easy walking distance. The star was of course the beach itself. It's far more peaceful, family-friendly, and less touristy than the beaches in Gulf Shores, Destin, and Panama City. We also loved that we could take our dogs on the beach. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning soon.
