With gulf views, this one-story beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex is brand new and ready for guests to enjoy. The property also has ample parking, so bring your boat and enjoy some of the Gulf's amazing fishing or set out for a sunset cruise.

The property layout:

Catch me by the Sea offers an open concept, light and airy, living and kitchen area with plenty of room to entertain and relax with friends and family. The spacious master suite features a king-sized bed, a large closet, and a private bathroom. The guest bedrooms are also very roomy. One has a queen-sized bed, and the other has a double bottom bunk and top twin bunk. A full guest bathroom is conveniently located between the two.

CHECK IN IS AT 4PM. No exceptions at this time.

Approximately 600 feet away from this coastal home, you'll find yourself in the pristine blue water of the Gulf of Mexico with miles and miles of sugar-white sand. Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you'll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Less than five minutes away is St Joe Beach where pets and bonfires are welcome! For the fishing enthusiast, launch your boat at the nearby Mexico Beach Marina boat ramp and take in some first-class fishing, or book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner.

It was centrally located in Mexico Beach. Close to restaurants and shops. A nicelyfurnished home.

Nice place with a great location near the beach, as well as restaurants and shops. The only complaint (which is very minor) is that the place did not have an iron/ironing board, and the rental office did not have one to loan, nor did they get back to me the next day as they stated they would. Just had to go out to eat with wrinkled clothes. However, we loved the place and would stay there again.

Very nice place. we enjoyed the house. we cooked in house for breakfast; all pans and utensils were provided. clean, convenient, centrally located. Parking lot is big and nice. The outside shower is handy to rinse after a beach day. I have a couple of tips...1) bring extra TP & paper towels. They only give you one roll. 2) Be ready to deal with sand (close to beach, it is what it is) 3) there is not a ton of restaurants close, do your research and be prepared to travel. 4) there are a small grocery store and a Dollar General in Mexico Beach, but if they don't have it, you're probably not going to get it. 5) coffee house is really close and convenient. (it's a busy place) 6) Mexico Beach is for people wanting to get away, if you are looking for action, this is not the town. With that said, we loved the quietness. We would recommend staying here and will return. **P.S. You must try the fish dip at the Shell Shack. Be there on Thursdays at 2:30.

Very clean with plenty of linens and cookware and dishes. No cooking spices, oils, or coffee provided so guests should plan accordingly.Just steps to the beach and some cute local restaurants and shops.

Ideal location for a quiet, peaceful vacation. Conveniently located near great food and one of Americas most beautiful beaches. The house is very well-equipped with all you need to enjoy your stay in Mexico Beach. We will be back!

Amy’s place was so nice, and in such a great location just a short walk to the beach. Keep in mind, this is a duplex, so you may have neighbors. The unit was very clean and comfortable. You may need to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper, as only a small supply is included. There is a charcoal grill on site as well if you want to do some grilling. Amy communicated very well, and even had a box fan dropped off after we requested one, since the bedroom with the bunk did not have a ceiling fan. We have already discussed going back to celebrate our 25th Anniversary!

Relaxing vacation: Duplex is exactly as advertised. Beautifully furnished with lots of space. The only things missing is private outdoor space and quality bed sheets. Location is perfect. This was our third visit to Mexico Beach and it is as enjoyable and peaceful as ever.

Clean, updated, beautiful, and homey! It was even prettier in person. Loved the outdoor shower and rocking chairs on the front porch. Colorful shops walking distance (highly recommend Caribbean Coffee- they have amazing coffee and homemade foods!). NOTE: You do have to cross a somewhat busy road to access the beach (as seen in the listing photos). There is not a cross walk. But it was very easy and quick for us to walk all our gear to the beach and make trips up to the house through the day. The part of the beach accessible from the house was not crowded. SO nice! Another thing to NOTE: kitchen is fully stocked with lots of supplies which was helpful. However, be sure to pack toilet paper and all your toiletry essentials. The house manual states you’ll be responsible for any additional paper goods. The washer & dryer did come with a small thing of Tide so you have travel home with clean laundry. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! Great location!

This was my third trip to this duplex in Mexico Beach. It is a wonderful place for relaxation and enjoying the sun. Close to the beach and a few shops. They are rebuilding after Hurricane Michael and I look forward to more restaurants opening up with their growth. Look forward to my next trip there!

Lots of construction going on and it is good to see Mexico Beach rebuilding after Hurricane Michael. Hope some more restaurants will open up.
