Everything was as advertised. Close to the beach, elevators, and pool. We arrived early and called for early checkin which they allowed. Checkout was easy as was everything in between. Would recommend. Would stay again.

Wow! Wonderful! Great Location! The condo was beautiful and felt like a home! The view of the ocean from the patio was amazing and made for great views for morning coffee! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The condo had all the supplies that we needed for our own cooking. I would highly recommend this incredible condo! I had to contact the host on several occasions for questions I had , they responded and were friendly and helpful.

I was at first hesitant to stay at a condo plex rather a private home but I'm so glad I did! The condo was very spacious and open, the master bedroom was wonderful, especially the bathtub. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was even a bag of ice in the freezer which made things convenient. The room was literally right across the street from the beach. I honestly couldn't have picked a better place to stay. I'll definitely be back!

This was a beautiful condo. Very clean, spacious, great beds and plenty of room for 6 women. The kitchen was outfitted very well and it was so close to the beach! Great stay.

Red fish blue fish is a good spacious condo. The location is great! Not so much walking to get to the beach. We did use Hi Tide beach service for our chairs and umbrellas. Oh and the corn hole boards. They are great! Added bonus TEX Kitchen food truck is in walking distance the food is amazing.

This was our first stay in Mexico and it was a wonderful experience booking with Pristine Properties! The unit was perfect! The accommodations were just what we expected! The staff and people of Mexico Beach too were extremely friendly! Access to the beach was so very convenient! We especially loved having a very organized spot to rinse everything off!The little things can make all the difference and we were just so pleased with everything that was offered!
This place is now on the favorites list and we will book again and again for our summer vacations!

We take a girls trip every year this year we decided to try this place out. The condo was clean and everything there to get by for the week. Here is the Big! Issue, two of the lady’s were out on beach two were sleeping, the rest were sitting on balcony. While sitting on balcony a man knocks on balcony window, asking if we have seen any bug n could he spray. First off why did this man walk into our condo, he should have knocked n if not gotten an answer he shouldn’t have came into our condo. So is this what goes on when we are at the beach some man is in our condo, what if someone would have been sleeping on the pull out naked. Why did this man just walk into our condo. That is inexcusable. Never again and sorry can’t recommend this place to our groups

Perfect quiet location away from everything and right on the beach. Within driving distance to great restaurants and night life. We had a couple of rough tide days which made perfect pool and hot tub days. We all throughly enjoyed our day. It was nice being able to open the doors to the balcony and listen to the waves even while preparing a meal. Absolutely wonderful!! Highly recommend!!

This property was perfect! The views were beautiful and the management could not have been kinder. The living room and kitchen space is much larger than expected and the access to the beach could not have been easier. We will definitely be returning!

The condo was really nice and surprisingly big. Be sure to bring extra ice though because the ice maker didn’t produce much ice. Would stay here again!

Lovely condo for a girls trip. Not a lot of activity in this area which was great. Loved the beach and walkway over. The carts made it easy to move luggage and groceries. Wish the trees were removed so that you could enjoy the great view. Remotes for the TV were not working well. Probably need new batteries. Otherwise a great stay.

This condo was so lovely. We love to cook and cooked almost every meal. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, even a French press! The bed is incredibly comfortable. I slept better than I do at home. We've never stayed on the first floor before and were a little hesitant. But the view was so nice and unobstructed (except for some palm trees but those are part of the view!) It rained a good bit but the host had board games for us to play which was nice. This condo has a keyless entry which was sooo nice. No more double checking to make sure you have a key. Would recommend this property for sure!

Beaches are nice. I love there isnt a lot of people! However other than the beach there is very little to do for kids. There was only one or two very small restaurants so our condo was very important. It had to.be spacious with all the comforts of home. It was wonderful! Beautifully decorated..and comfy beds! ..however the actual property outside of the condo was dirty and looked run down. Pool was greenish for two days and the hot tub wasnt hot. But on the 3rd day we were here the pool.was blue and the hot tub was hot. Overall we had a blast!
