Amy was absolutely wonderful! She was very quick to answer my 10000 questions! The home is located in a wonderful spot. We were a short walk to the pool and then from the pool you just take the boardwalk to the beach! We had a great time!

It was a nice stay and location. I would be sure to bring a lot of stuff for the kitchen like coffee filters, foil etc and buy in advance for the grill. It was clean overall except the trulys left by a bed and underwear in another bed. Bring extra towels and pillows. Close to the beach. The golf cart was nice to rent but I think it should be included with the house like other rentals. Amy communicated quickly and was friendly. I think some personal touches would elevate the stay.

The place was exactly as described. Love the walk to the beach! The house was perfect. The weather did not work out like we wanted but the shoping strip was within the neighborhood so we took the golf cart. The trails and area are beautiful. I felt so safe there was a guard 24 hours. When the tide was too rough the pool was beautiful! If you want just a quiet place away this is it!

The house itself is very nice, very clean and the location is perfect. Easy and safe walk or golf cart ride to the beautiful pool and beach. The golf cart path to the entire community is easy to use (enter at the end of the neighborhood by the public beach access parking lot) and great to explore. I highly recommend renting a golf cart!! Unless you leave Windmark area, you'll never drive your car. Port St Joe is very close with excellent restaurants and shopping. My only complaints are the pillows and the decor/furniture is a hodgepodge mismatched style....not what we expected. Loved the filtered water at the sinkin the kitchen. Amy is very responsive and helpful!! We experienced no real issues other than trying to figure out how to the lock the door from the outside but we finally got it. We would definitely stay there again...

Everything was great, however when we walked on the floor barefooted, our feet got dirty. Other than that, it was great. On site golf cart rental was nice.Bring your own pillows.

Family Trip: Our geoup of 3 adults with 2 children stayed and everyone had their own room (my wife and I shared the master bedroom). Really nice property in a quiet subdivision. We were visiting for a family gathering of my mother and her siblings that grew up in Apalachicola. Location was perfect.

Great stay: We rented this house to be close to family across the street. The house was great. I think there was some confusion with the cleaning staff and the time zones. We arrived at our check in time and they were still cleaning and said they had an hour. I believe they were using central time.

Friendcation: Overall pleasant. The big pool with playground was being repaired 3 out of the 5 days we were there also the dishwasher broke and no one was able to fix it while we were there which took allot of extra time we had to spend at the sink. The kitchen also could be stocked a little more for convenience. Overall everything was pleasant.

Was an enjoyable stay, everything was clean and in decent shape. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we’d hoped and the WiFi wasn’t really working the first night or our last night before checkout. Was a nice place to stay and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great place to stay, beautiful house…..some concerns with sparse kitchen supplies and garbage can overflow from previous guest… She did have beach supplies, bikes and living room furniture was comfortable.

This property was even better than portrayed in the photos. We loved the beach and pool area at Windmark Village the best, mostly due to easier access. Not crowded and so clean dined at Brunos pizza our first night and was pleasantly surprised, very good pizza and calzones. The Windmark Community is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities for the whole family. The house was everything we expected, plus!!!! We will stay again on our next visit to the area. Amy was a fabulous host and the pdf file she furnished with check in instructions was very thorough and informative. Only regret, wish we had booked for a week instead of just 5 days.

Find exact location before booking: The house was absolutely as advertised. New construction,clean,etc. the location of the home was an issue with my family. Although there was beach and pool access, we had to drive to the beach and had to get on a Hwy to drive to the pool access. All amenities were very nice. We would have not stayed here if we knew the access was so far away. If property came with or we could have rented a golf cart it would have made a huge difference for us.
