Welcome to Dub's Beach Retreat, a charming beach vacation rental nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Mexico Beach. Located in the Ocean Plantation development, guests can enjoy access to a refreshing community pool just a short walk away. This ground-level single-family home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The master suite offers a king bed, single daybed, and a spacious bathroom with a large glass shower. The additional bedrooms include queen beds, with one also featuring a twin-over-queen bunk. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing, with a large TV and an oversized, ultra-comfy sectional. Step out onto the wraparound back deck, complete with a gas grill, outdoor dining area, shower, and plenty of seating. With beach access only half a mile away and parking for two cars, Dub's Beach Retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind by the coast.

Its central location makes it convenient to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, while still offering a quiet, laid-back atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the community pool and are just a short half-mile walk from the beautiful white sand beach. Mexico Beach is an ideal family destination, known for its friendly vibe, uncrowded beaches, and small-town charm. The most popular menu item would have to be their fish tacos with mouth-watering fresh tuna, or you can opt for grouper instead. No matter what, don’t leave without a slice of their key lime pie.

For those in the group who enjoy boating—or even for those who don’t—the Mexico Beach Marina & Outfitters is worth a visit, less than 2 miles away. Mexico Beach is often described as a sleepy little fishing village, making the marina and ship store a popular spot. Whether you're heading out on the water for fishing, regardless of your vessel type, the marina has everything you need: ice, fuel, bait, tackle, and a little bit of everything else. If you prefer spending the day lounging on the shore, the ship store offers groceries, sunscreen, and other essentials to enhance your beach day.
