The Dunes Club is a gated beachfront complex of 15 luxury Condominiums. 1B is a 1st floor unit offering an open and relaxed atmosphere with breathtaking views and direct stairs that access the pool area. It can be accessed by an elevator from the ground floor. This beautiful unit includes three bedrooms / two full bathrooms and can sleep a party of 8 comfortably.

The community also offers a gulf front pool perfect for an afternoon cooldown and ample amount of space for boat parking. It is a perfect place for a great getaway.

Floor Plan: 1st level- Bedroom 1 – bunk set, Bedroom 2 – queen bed, flat screen TV, and full bath that connects to the hallway; a full size laundry room, large kitchen, dining area, Bedroom 3 – gulf front master bedroom with balcony entrance, king bed, TV  and full bath with double vanities and tub/shower combo; and a gulf front living room with a queen sleeper, flat screen TV and DVD player; and gulf front balcony with outdoor dining furniture, electric grill and private stairs that lead down to the pool area.

Loved how quiet and less crowded this place was compared to places like Destin, PCB, etc. It was a perfect setup with the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Quick little drive into town for restaurants and shopping. Loved the condo!

Great location for a quiet beach getaway
This was our family’s first visit to Cape San Blas. It is a nice, quiet beachside town. The beach was great. Our family enjoy swimming in the ocean, hunting for seashells, and building sand castles. The condo has an ocean view, and there is a private boardwalk that leads to the beach. The condo unit was well accommodated, clean, and stylishly decorated. Would recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet retreat to the beach.

Beach time
Great location, have stayed in Dunes Club before but this was our first stay in 1B . Kitchen well stocked, great view, comfortable rooms , and plenty of space. Few little housekeeping issues such as old wrappers in bowl on table, dusty, carpet a little worn, and cigar ends on outside table. We look forward to our next stay at Dunes Club on Cape San Blas!
