We have been coming to this area for 12 years. Emerald Palms was by far the best accommodations we have had for our 3-month snowbird stay. The house was perfectly equipped with every item one could imagine. The owners were outstanding people whom we met. It is located in a quiet area; on high surf nights, you could hear the waves rolling in from the delightful screened porch or in the master bedroom. We appreciate all the attention they paid to setting up the house perfectly. They have added a new electric water heater under the kitchen sink – perfect instant hot water if you prefer to wash dishes by hand, as we do. There is a dishwasher too, if that's your preference. We love that the home decor was tasteful, and lacked the likely kitschy beachy feel you often see. We say, well done, Boone Family! We thank you and will always remember our 25-26 Winter in your lovely home. We are back in cold NH, enjoying the anticipation of Spring and gardening. We hope our paths cross again.

St Joe Beach Fl
Wanted to explore Mexico Beach, St Joe Beach and Cape San Blas areas. Loved them all! Hope to come back soon. Emerald Palms is a beautiful property. Decorated beautifully. We had 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. The size of the house was perfect. And an easy walk to the beach. We were very pleased. We will definitely rent this property again.

This property is absolutely perfect! The house is fully stocked and so comfortable! We loved the tasteful decor. ❤️ The house is an easy walk to the beach and the view was so nice to see first thing in the morning. It was also a perfect location- close for shopping or food in Port St. Joe. We can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful home. The location and the home was just perfect! The home had everything you could need for your stay, minus beach chairs and such but that wasn’t a big deal because they gave you a voucher through a company to rent beach items. We definitely recommend you stay at Port Saint Joe in this amazing home! You will not be disappointed!
