Four Winds Cottage

If you are looking for a quiet, low key getaway this is it! The house is located at the quiet end of the neighborhood. Our family loved the amenities of the house and neighborhood. The neighborhood pool was a favorite for my kids. I would recommend renting a golf cart for your stay. It made getting around the property really fun. Mattresses are very firm and the only dining table is located outside on a porch. But the bar at the kitchen island inside is very functional. The outdoor area is set up really well with the hot tub, tv and speaker system. We really enjoyed winding down after a long day on the patio.

The layout of the bedrooms and baths allowed three couples to have plenty of space and privacy. The multiple outdoor spaces were very pleasant. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We had the best time at Slice of Heaven. it has the perfect amount of space for our family. The real MVP for the week was the hot tub, it was chilly and windy so the beach wasn't an option and the pool broke down and was closed one day so we couldn't go to the pool. We still had a great time in the backyard using the hot tub and relaxing. We cannot wait to go back!

The Green House, was a delight for our beach stay. The house was decorated in the best of ways, lovey art, and fixtures throughout the home. The main house and cottage suite, had enough space to comfortably fit our party of 4. Had just the right amount of private and common areas for everyone to relax or gather as they wanted. The hot tub along with the private patio area were such a restful place for everyone to hang out day and night. The Kitchen was well stocked, (I really apricated the plastic cups and dishware, as they were prefect for the little folks and the clumsy big folks too!)
Enjoyed the pool (once we found it!). The community has lots of walking spaces, and it was amazing having a Simi-private beach area to access for our daily beach fix. Most times we were the only folks on the beach and it felt like our own private slice of the wild.
The only issue we had were with the locks on the home, as it took us several uses to catch on to how to make them work.

The home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and children. It was spotless and provided everything we could need. The outdoor space with the hot tub was a terrific bonus. It is quite a long walk to the beach so we usually drove. The pool is even farther. Don’t expect to walk to either with your beach and pool gear. If you don’t mind a short drive, the house is a wonderful get away. The owners went above and beyond.

Beautiful home in a great location. Very clean. Huge rooms and lots of space. I would warn future guests that there will be NOTHING in the house. Bring everything/anything you may need to cook/clean. (i.e. TP, paper towel, olive oil, salt, pepper). It's unfortunate to have to buy all these things and then leave them and know they will be thrown away before the net guests. Felt wasteful. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Wonderful vacation experience! This home is very well furnished with upgraded furniture and nice decor that feels more like a primary residence than a rental home. The front porch overlooks a park like setting which provided a nice breeze and the side screened porch was great for relaxing in the morning and afternoon. Our favorite relaxation area was the back deck which is covered by a lighted pergola and has a magnificent hot tub and outdoor TV! Only a 5-7 walk to the beach and never near a busy street. Cool little Main Street area with shops and restaurants also within walking distance. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Great family vacation in a lovely house. It had features that were not mentioned on Airbnb (hot tub - really nice and clean). Tip - rent bikes then you don’t need to move your car to get to places to eat, drink, pool, or beach. A very nice change from the pace in Atlanta.

Our vacation at”A Slice of Heaven “,was just that! One of the most enjoyable weeks we have had as beach vacations go. So peaceful,so quiet. Once you enter the back terrace, you are greeted by the most amazing and lovely fragrance I’ve yet to experience. I’m speaking of the beautiful trailing jasmine that flows over the private back patio and instantly soothes your soul! If this is not enough the huge hot tub was there ready to melt and massage every ache away. The house was fully equipped for anything you could possibly need or want. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, the house was perfect! Also the best nights rest as the beds, linens and huge shower was over the top. Highly recommend you try this one!

Security code provided to access key was not accurate, did not match options available. Also, we did not have adequate/clear info for locking the doors on departure. We expected kitchen to be minimally equipped. However, we have never rented a property which did not have a basic set of kitchen knives, which this did not.Otherwise we loved the property and would definitely rent again.

The house we rented at Windmark Beach was truly pristine. It was perfect for our family of four and could have easily accommodated a few more people. We got a credit with a beach gear rental company as part of our rental and were able to rent four bikes and a bike cart for our entire stay, which was wonderful. The house is a bit of a walk to the beach and pools, so we really enjoyed having the bikes. The fact that this part of the community was surrounded by natural flora and fauna was a big plus for our family. We loved the boardwalks connecting the houses and enjoyed the quiet community. The pool in Phase 1 is AMAZING, right on the bay and surrounded by palm trees. We walked out on the boardwalk and saw huge crabs in the water and the kids found hermit crabs on the beach. The house was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped for a long-term stay. The outdoor spaces were private and beautiful too. Our kids enjoyed finding lizards and tree frogs every morning. We stayed for a relaxing two weeks and wish we were still there! It was the perfect quarantine vacation. We ordered groceries online from the local grocery store (try the sushi - it's great) and found many restaurants with outdoor dining. Happy hour and sunset at The View, the restaurant located in Windmark Beach, should not be missed! Thanks Pristine Properties, we'll be back!

Slice of Heaven is a wonderful house for a family. It is stylishly decorated. We enjoyed the screened porch in the mornings and the front porch in the evenings. Plenty of room. It was quite a little walk to beach area but was boardwalk all the way which made an easy walk. The only problems we had were the icemaker did not work in refrigerator and we had to purchase Ice every day. Also smoke detector kept going off in the afternoons, finally took the battery out. Pristine Properties responded well to each call made they were unable to fix ice maker. I would highly recommend this house.
