WindMark Beach is a gated, private residential community that blends natural Florida beauty with thoughtful amenities. Main House: Ground level features an open kitchen/living area with bar seating for 5, a full bath (accessible from living area and Bedroom 1), and a king-bed primary suite with TV. The first level includes a king-bed suite with reading nook, workspace/desk, dual-vanity bath with soaking tub and large walk-in closet, plus a bunk room with TV. Screened side porch and covered front porch complete the main living spaces.

Guest House: Private queen bedroom with TV, mini-kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, beverage cooler), full bath with walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet.
Outdoors: Private hot tub, pergola grilling area with 60" outdoor TV, and multiple patio spaces.

Lovely community and beautiful house but the pool being closed was a big disappointment for our kids.

Wonderful vacation experience! This home is very well furnished with upgraded furniture and nice decor that feels more like a primary residence than a rental home. The front porch overlooks a park like setting which provided a nice breeze and the side screened porch was great for relaxing in the morning and afternoon. Our favorite relaxation area was the back deck which is covered by a lighted pergola and has a magnificent hot tub and outdoor TV! Only a 5-7 walk to the beach and never near a busy street. Cool little Main Street area with shops and restaurants also within walking distance. We will definitely stay at this property again.

We rented this particular house for the pool access. The pool was close except for the last 2 days we were there. A call from Pristine Properties would have been nice.

Unfortunately the pool pump going out at the community pool was not a scheduled event.  We do our best to make everyone aware of issues or problems as soon as they are known.

The Great Getaway
Our vacation at”A Slice of Heaven “,was just that! One of the most enjoyable weeks we have had as beach vacations go. So peaceful,so quiet. Once you enter the back terrace, you are greeted by the most amazing and lovely fragrance I’ve yet to experience. I’m speaking of the beautiful trailing jasmine that flows over the private back patio and instantly soothes your soul! If this is not enough the huge hot tub was there ready to melt and massage every ache away. The house was fully equipped for anything you could possibly need or want. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, the house was perfect! Also the best nights rest as the beds, linens and huge shower was over the top. Highly recommend you try this one!

We could not have loved this house more! Perfect for our family with littles. The porches and back yard felt like such a great escape. Love the Windmark community and we have fallen in love with the area! 10/10 would recommend and we are planning to book soon for next year!

Amazing! Want to return!
It’s our last night here and we are trying to figure out how to book for next year! Great house, amazing porches and beautiful little community! Everyone has said this has been the best trip and house ever, we hope to make this our yearly vacation!

Security code provided to access key was not accurate, did not match options available. Also, we did not have adequate/clear info for locking the doors on departure. We expected kitchen to be minimally equipped. However, we have never rented a property which did not have a basic set of kitchen knives, which this did not.Otherwise we loved the property and would definitely rent again.

Family Vacation
Slice of Heaven is a wonderful house for a family. It is stylishly decorated. We enjoyed the screened porch in the mornings and the front porch in the evenings. Plenty of room. It was quite a little walk to beach area but was boardwalk all the way which made an easy walk. The only problems we had were the icemaker did not work in refrigerator and we had to purchase Ice every day. Also smoke detector kept going off in the afternoons, finally took the battery out. Pristine Properties responded well to each call made they were unable to fix ice maker. I would highly recommend this house.
